Η Λιανού Κατερίνα είναι Φυσικοθεραπεύτρια , Επιστημονικά Υπεύθυνη και Συνιδρύτρια του Πρότυπου Κέντρου Φυσικοθεραπείας " JP FITNESS " στην Καλλιθέα, από το 2018 έως και σήμερα. 

Ήταν συνιδρύτρια και επιστημονική υπεύθυνη του Πρότυπου Κέντρου Φυσικοθεραπείας “Κίνηση & Θεραπεία” από το 2004 έως και το 2017.

Είναι βασική καθηγήτρια : της “Studio One Sports & Fitness School, με αντικείμενο: την Αθλητική Tραυματιολογία, Ανατομία και Εμβιομηχανική από το 2010 έως και σήμερα στα διπλώματα Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga.

Ήταν βασική καθηγήτρια : στη σχολή “Athens Yoga” με αντικείμενο ανατομία και κινησιολογία στο δίπλωμα της Yoga από το 2012 έως και το 2019 και βασική καθηγήτρια σε workshops με θέμα Myofascial Release And Trigger Point Therapy από το 2016 έως και σήμερα.

Έχει συμμετάσχει στην συγγραφή του εγχειριδίου: του Studio One, στην ειδικότητα του personal training στο κομμάτι της Αθλητικής Τραυματολογίας και των Ειδικών Πληθυσμών, αλλά και στη συγγραφή και έκδοση βιβλίου με τη συμμετοχή του καθηγητή Dr V.Zelev με θέμα ασκήσεις με Swiss Ball σε ασθενείς με δισκοπάθεια.

Αριθμεί πολλές δημοσιεύσεις και έχει υπάρξει ομιλήτρια σε δεκάδες συνέδρια.

Είναι απόφοιτη του Πανεπιστημίου N.S.A με ειδικότητα φυσικοθεραπείας, βαθμό κλινικής πρακτικής άριστα και θέμα διπλωματικής εργασίας : " κινησιοθεραπεία μετά από μηχανική βλάβη του περονιαίου νεύρου" στην οποία αρίστευσε.

Απόκτησε την εργασιακή της εμπειρία: σε κέντρο Αποκατάστασης και στο “Ερρίκος Ντυνάν” Hospital Center, ασχολούμενη με ασθενείς με αθλητικές κακώσεις, μυοσκελετικά, νευρολογικά, καρδιαγγειακά και αναπνευστικά προβλήματα επί σειρά ετών.

Έχει εκπονήσει διδακτορικό τίτλο με θέμα : την αντιμετώπιση του αντανακλαστικού πόνου στην οσφυϊκή μοίρα της σπονδυλικής στήλης σε ασθενείς με δισκοπάθεια.

Mylonas Xrysanthos is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Traumatologist with private practices in Anavyssos, Lavrio, and Glyfada. He holds a degree from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed his specialty in General Surgery at the General State Hospital of Nikaia. Throughout his professional career, he served as a Scientific Collaborator at IKA Lavrio for over 15 years. Venetanis Panagiotis is a Physiotherapist who operates a private physiotherapy clinic in Marousi. He graduated from the Department of Physiotherapy of the School of Health Professions and Welfare (SEYP) at the Higher Educational Institution of Athens in 1997. He completed his practical training at the National Rehabilitation Center (EKA). In 1999, he established a Physiotherapy Center in Mouzaki Karditsa, where he remained for 5 years. Subsequently, in 2004, he relocated the Physiotherapy Center to Athens, specifically at 1 Navarinou Street, on the borders of Marousi - Pefki, where he continues to work to this day. He has over 25 years of experience in the rehabilitation of orthopedic and sports injuries, the treatment of neck and lumbar conditions, sciatica, osteoarthritis, tendinitis, epicondylitis, arthroplasties, fractures, neurological cases, etc., with very good responses in managing symptoms and the progression of these conditions.

Dr. Skardoutsos Anastasios is an Orthopaedic Surgeon / Sports Medicine Specialist with a private practice in Marousi, Athens, Greece. With nearly 20 years of surgical experience at major orthopedic centers in Germany, he offers a comprehensive surgical portfolio, specializing in knee and hip arthroplasty. He holds a degree from the Military School of Health Sciences of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He has specialized in Orthopedics - Traumatology and Sports Injuries at the General Hospital of Attica KAT and the Pediatric Orthopedic Clinic of the Children's Hospital of Athens "P. and A. Gkliatis Georgios is a qualified Physiotherapist from Coventry University, United Kingdom. He has collaborated with the Military Hospital of Special Diseases 414, the Scientific Society of Therapeutic Riding and Hippotherapy of Greece, the Philoktitis Rehabilitation Center, as well as with the sports clubs G.S. Apollon Smyrnis PAE, O.A. Achilleas K. Acharnon, A.O. Pefkis, and A.O. Iliysiakos. Ξεκίνησε την επαγγελματική του πορεία σε κέντρα αποκατάστασης, όπου ασχολήθηκε κυρίως με τη μετεγχειρητική αποκατάσταση και την επαναφορά της λειτουργικής κινητικότητας ασθενών συμβάλλοντας ουσιαστικά στη βελτίωση της ποιότητας ζωής τους. Στη συνέχεια, ανέλαβε θέση επιστημονικού υπευθύνου σε φυσικοθεραπευτήριο για διάστημα δύο ετών με κύριο αντικείμενο την αξιολόγηση και αποκατάσταση αθλητών καθώς και τη διαχείριση μυοσκελετικών παθήσεων στον ενήλικο πληθυσμό. Ruth Morlas is a physiotherapist and the founder of the private physiotherapy center PhysioFuture in Heraklion, Attica. Tsatsaronis Xristos was born in Athens. He completed high school in Kypseli and was admitted through the Panhellenic Examinations to the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He specialized in Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology at KAT Hospital, where he also trained, among other fields, in Microsurgery. He has worked in both the private and public sectors in Greece and abroad. Among other roles, he served as the physician for the National Under-21 Football Team for one year, for the Judo Team of the National Gymnastic Association for over ten years, as team doctor for the Molaikos Laconia club, as a race doctor for the "Zirineia" Athletics competitions, as well as for the National Judo Team. He served in the National Health System (E.S.Y.) as head of the Orthopedic Department, from which he resigned holding the rank of Senior Registrar (Epithelitis A’). He has over ten years of experience in various hospitals in the United Kingdom, having performed over 2000 surgeries as a surgeon or trainer, most recently at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital of University Hospitals Dorset, where he was also nominated for "Best Trainer." He has won the World Judo Championship for Healthcare Professionals twice (2008 in Germany and 2009 in Spain), as well as his category in the Greek Veterans Judo Championship (Nea Makri, 2024), with additional medals from international and national competitions.

Η Μίγκου Στεφανία MD, MSc είναι Στρατιωτικός γιατρός - Φυσίατρος - Ομοιοπαθητικός και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Νέο Ηράκλειο. Ξεκίνησε την εκπαίδευσή της στη Στρατιωτική Σχολή Αξιωματικών Σωμάτων και στο Αριστοτέλειο Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλονίκης, όπου απέκτησε το πτυχίο Ιατρικής, ενώ συνέχισε με μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στο Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών με αντικείμενο την αποκατάσταση βλαβών νωτιαίου μυελού και τη διαχείριση πόνου σπονδυλικής προέλευσης. Ο Ιωάννης Μπάμπης είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Χειρουργός, διατηρεί το δικό του Ιδιωτικό Ορθοπεδικό Ιατρείο στο Κέντρο της Αθήνας και είναι επιστημονικός συνεργάτης της Βιοκλινικής Αθηνών και άλλων θεραπευτηρίων της Αθήνας. Μετά την αποφοίτησή του το 2012, ξεκίνησε την ειδικότητα του στην Γενική Ορθοπαιδική στο Γ.Ν. Καρδίτσας όπου έλαβε σημαντική εμπειρία στην τραυματολογία και στην επανορθωτική χειρουργική του ισχίου και του γόνατος. Την ειδικότητα του την ολοκλήρωσε στο 401 Γενικό Στρατιωτικό Νοσοκομείο  Αθηνών όπου θήτευσε δίπλα σε σπουδαίους χειρουργούς και απέκτησε πιστοποιημένη εμπειρία στις Αθλητικές Κακώσεις και την Αρθροσκοπική χειρουργική του Ώμου και του Γόνατος.  Επίσης, σημαντική είναι η εκπαίδευση που έλαβε στην Παιδοορθοπαιδική στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Παίδων “Αγία Σοφία”. Διετέλεσε για ένα διάστημα στην Ορθοπαιδική κλινική του Kungsbacka Hospital, University of Gothenburg, Sweden όπου και εκπαιδεύτηκε στις νεότερες τεχνικές της χειρουργικής του χόνδρου των αρθρώσεων υπό την καθοδήγηση ενός από τους πρωτοπόρους και διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένους χειρουργούς στο πεδίο αυτό, prof. Mats Brittberg. Τέλος, είναι μέλος της Ελληνικής Αρθροσκοπικής Εταιρείας (ΕΑΕ), της European Society for Knee Surgery, Arthroscopy and Sports Traumatology (ESSKA) και της  European Shoulder Associate (ESA).

Theodorakopoulos Georgios - Impact Physio is a Physiotherapist who operates a private Physiotherapy clinic in Neo Psychiko. He graduated from the Department of Physiotherapy at the University of Patras and has acquired the title of specialized musculoskeletal physiotherapist by completing his training with the Hellenic OMT Diploma educational institution, recognized by the International Federation of Orthopaedic Manipulative Physical Therapists (IFOMT). Additionally, he has completed the Biomedical Acupuncture program at the University of West Attica and is a certified acupuncture specialist. Concurrently, he holds the title of Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the University of Barcelona, having completed the Barca Universitas program. He is certified in the use of Blood Flow Restriction Training equipment and holds a master's degree (MSc) in Therapeutic Exercise from the University of Patras. He has attended and continues to participate in numerous seminars and training sessions both in Greece and abroad. Finally, he has worked with professional category football and basketball teams and has collaborated with athletes in football, basketball, tennis, swimming, CrossFit, weightlifting, and water polo at both amateur and professional levels, and he is a member of the educational team of Hellenic OMTEdu.
