My name is Dimitrios Tzouras and I am a physiotherapist specializing in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation as well as human body performance – ranging from elite athletes to everyday individuals seeking better movement and a life without pain.

I hold a University degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Thessaly, a Master's Diploma in Kinesiology from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science (T.E.F.A.A) of Serres, part of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a specialization in analysis and programming of human movement.

I also studied at the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at Democritus University of Thrace.

I hold a Manual Therapy Diploma from H-OMTeDu (IFOMPT) and certification in McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and therapy from the Hellenic Institute.

In parallel, I have attended seminars in Greece and abroad in: Mulligan, Clinical Pilates, Re-Thinking Rotator Cuff Rehabilitation, Management of the complex Shoulder, Spine Rehabilitation, Ergon IASTM, PNF Advance, Strength & Conditioning, Specified instructor in Function Cross Training, and have participated in numerous scientific workshops and conferences.

Due to my scientific expertise, I am a frequent invited speaker at T.E.F.A.A Thessaloniki, where I teach courses on Manual Therapy Techniques and Core Stability.

I have worked at Formula Medicine Italy in preparing and rehabilitating high-level athletes (volleyball, skiing, football, basketball, swimming) and with racing drivers from Formula 4 to Formula 2.

Pathiakis Ioannis Md, MSc, PhD is an Orthopedic Surgeon who maintains a private practice in Peristeri. He holds a medical degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and has obtained two postgraduate degrees in "Minimally Invasive Surgery, Robotic Surgery & Tele-surgery Medicine" and "Surgical Anatomy" from the Medical School of the same university. Additionally, he holds a Doctorate from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in the Department of Anatomy. He is specialized in Robotic Knee and Hip Surgery and in Microsurgical Bloodless Carpal Tunnel Release and holds a diploma in Medical Acupuncture from the Scientific Association of Medical Acupuncturists of Greece. He has completed training at numerous hospitals, while his specialty was completed in General Surgery at the General Hospital of Ierapetra. Vogiatzis Xarilaos is a Physiotherapist who maintains a private practice in Thessaloniki. He holds a degree in Kinesiotherapy and Physical Education from the National Sports Academy of Sofia and has earned a PhD from the Department of Physiotherapy at the National Sports Academy of Sofia, Bulgaria. He received training in the Chinese Method and Acupuncture at the Physiotherapy Department of the Postgraduate Training Center of the National Sports Academy of Sofia. Additionally, he holds a diploma in the McKenzie Method for mechanical diagnosis and therapy, a diploma in Sujok Therapy from the Medicum College Free Studies Laboratory, and a diploma in manual Neurotherapy and Visceral Mobilization. He has worked as a laboratory associate at the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki, as an educator at the 1st Public IEK Thessaloniki, and as a Physiotherapist at the Hellenic Society for the Protection and Rehabilitation of Disabled Children in Thessaloniki. Finally, he regularly attends numerous conferences and seminars and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists.

Mpoutsiadis Axilleas is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Military Physician and Doctor of Medicine from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a private practice located within the Athens Bioclinic. He is a graduate of the Military School of Corps Officers (SSAS) and the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He specialized at the 424 General Military Hospital of Thessaloniki and the First University Orthopedic Clinic of Papageorgiou General Hospital. He received further training in shoulder and knee surgery (Shoulder and Knee fellowship) and in conducting clinical trials. He possesses extensive clinical experience, having worked in Greece and France. Dr. Panagopoulos Georgios is a Director Orthopedic Surgeon with extensive training and surgical experience in the United States of America and the United Kingdom. Although he is involved in the entire spectrum of Orthopedic Surgery, his primary area of expertise/interest is Arthroscopic and Reconstructive Surgery of the Upper Limb (shoulder, elbow, and hand). Dr. Panagopoulos has completed numerous long-term fellowship programs in the upper limb and has served at the highest level as a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon at one of the largest Trauma Centers in Europe. Dr. Panagopoulos was born and raised in Athens. He completed his medical studies at the Medical School of the University of Rome, graduating with honors (magna cum laude). Subsequently, he completed his Residency in Orthopedic Surgery & Traumatology at the University Orthopedic Clinic of the University of Athens (Attikon University General Hospital). Dr. Panagopoulos expanded his training by completing a fellowship program in the Upper Limb in Pittsburgh, USA (2016-2017). He then served at the world-renowned Shoulder-Elbow Clinic in Reading, United Kingdom (2018-2020), as well as at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore (2020). He graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has completed the postgraduate program "Health Unit Management" at the School of Social Sciences of the Hellenic Open University. He specialized in Orthopedic Surgery at the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas" and in Pediatric Orthopedics at the General Children's Hospital of Athens "P. & A. Kyriakou". He has served as a collaborating physician for the Women's Basketball Team Esperides, as well as the Men's Basketball Team of Olympiacos for 4 years. Authinos Konstantinos My Physio, PT, MSc, is a Physiotherapist with a private physiotherapy clinic in Agia Paraskevi. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Medical School of Semmelweis University in Budapest and a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium. His studies were completed in the English-language departments of these universities, making him highly proficient in English. He has worked as an assistant physiotherapist at HYGEIA Hospital and the National Rehabilitation Foundation for the Disabled in Ilion. From January 2012 until 2018, he was an Associate Physiotherapist at the Model Center for Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, and Rehabilitation of Mr. Georgios Il. Goudevenos. He has participated in the development of a study entitled "Chronic Low Back Pain: The Role of Rehabilitation," which was presented at a conference of the Medical School of the University of Crete in 2012. Dr Spiliotopoulos Georgios is a graduate of Medical School and a PhD candidate in Orthopedics at the University of Patras. Since 2018, he has been a Forensic Orthopedic Expert (technical consultant) for major insurance companies. Markopoulos Xristos is an Orthopedic Surgeon and a PhD candidate at the Medical School of the University of Athens, with a private practice in Marousi. Concurrently, he serves as a Consultant in the Upper Limb and Microsurgery Department at YGEIA Hospital and has been a member of the medical team for the Panathinaikos BC basketball team. Iliopoulou-Kosmadaki Styliani is an Orthopedic Surgeon and maintains a private practice in Patras. She holds a Ph.D. from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed her medical studies at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Subsequently, she completed postgraduate studies at the University of Crete and the University of Thessaly. She possesses extensive clinical experience, having worked in major hospitals in Greece, and currently serves as a Scientific Collaborator at the Pediatric Orthopedic Clinic of the Private Hospital MITERA. Finally, she has significant research experience, consisting of numerous scientific publications and participation in medical conferences and seminars.
