Παράλληλα, είναι εκπαιδευτής νέων συναδέλφων του σε πολλά Courses του εξωτερικού και του εσωτερικού.

Ailamakis Nikolaos is an Orthopedic Surgeon who maintains a private practice in Chalandri and holds a position as a consultant at the 2nd Orthopedic Clinic of Errikos Dynan Hospital Center. He holds a medical degree from the Medical School of the University of Crete and is specialized in Arthroplasty, fracture management, upper and lower limb surgery, Sports Injuries, Shoulder – Hip – Knee pathologies, and Pediatric Orthopedics. He covers the entire spectrum of Orthopedics and Traumatology using the most modern treatment methods, either surgical and/or conservative depending on indications. Mpoutsiadis Axilleas is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Military Physician and Doctor of Medicine from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a private practice located within the Athens Bioclinic. He is a graduate of the Military School of Corps Officers (SSAS) and the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He specialized at the 424 General Military Hospital of Thessaloniki and the First University Orthopedic Clinic of Papageorgiou General Hospital. He received further training in shoulder and knee surgery (Shoulder and Knee fellowship) and in conducting clinical trials. He possesses extensive clinical experience, having worked in Greece and France. Moreover, he has a significant scientific portfolio reflected in 32 scientific publications in reputable international scientific journals (PubMed) with a substantial impact factor, some of which introduce innovative new techniques concerning arthroscopic shoulder surgery (instability and rotator cuff) and knee surgery (anterior and posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction). He is also the author of five orthopedic book chapters focusing on basic research and shoulder surgery (rotator cuff and shoulder arthroplasties), principal editor of a scientific orthopedic book addressing surgical techniques for the treatment of rotator cuff disorders and shoulder arthroplasties titled “EFOST Surgical Techniques in Sports Medicine - Shoulder Surgery, Volume 2: Rotator Cuff and Shoulder Arthroplasty,” and principal guest editor of a scientific journal issue on shoulder pathology titled “Thematic issue in Shoulder Pathology.” Additionally, he has presented over 100 communications at international and national conferences (winning two awards), participated in the organization of numerous workshops and conferences, and has been invited as a speaker and educator at scientific conferences on shoulder surgery and sports injuries.

Ο Παπαδόπουλος Παναγιώτης MD, MSc είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Χειρουργός, Υποδιευθυντής της Γ΄ Ορθοπαιδικής Κλινικής ΥΓΕΙΑ. Έχει εξειδίκευση στην Αρθροσκοπική και Ανοικτή Χειρουργική Ώμου και Γόνατος, στις Αθλητικές Κακώσεις, την Επανορθωτική Χειρουργική και στις σύγχρονες συνδυαστικές Βιολογικές θεραπείες. Διαθέτει ιδιαίτερο κλινικό και ερευνητικό ενδιαφέρον στην αντιμετώπιση των παθήσεων του ώμου με σύγχρονες τεχνικές ελάχιστης επεμβατικότητας, προηγμένες αρθροσκοπικές μεθόδους και καινοτόμα βιολογικά πρωτόκολλα, με στόχο τη γρήγορη λειτουργική αποκατάσταση και τη μακροχρόνια σταθερότητα του ώμου. Το 2018 μετεκπαιδεύτηκε στη Λυών της Γαλλίας σε ένα από τα κορυφαία κέντρα χειρουργικής ώμου παγκοσμίως, το Centre Orthopédique Santy – FIFA Medical Center of Excellence, όπου ολοκλήρωσε το Shoulder Clinical Fellowship. Κατά τη διάρκεια της μετεκπαίδευσής του εργάστηκε επίσης στο Hôpital Privé Jean Mermoz, αποκτώντας πρακτική εμπειρία σε εξειδικευμένες επεμβάσεις ώμου, σύνθετες βλάβες τενοντίου πετάλου, αστάθειες, αντιμετώπιση καταγμάτων και επανορθωτικές τεχνικές αρθροπλαστικής υψηλής δυσκολίας, υπό την καθοδήγηση διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένων χειρουργών. Έχει παρουσιάσει επιστημονικές εργασίες, τεχνικές και κλινικά δεδομένα σε πολυάριθμα συνέδρια στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό, συμβάλλοντας στη διάδοση της σύγχρονης αρθροσκοπικής χειρουργικής και της ελάχιστα επεμβατικής προσέγγισης στις αθλητικές κακώσεις και στις παθήσεις του ώμου. Ο Λεωνίδου Ανδρέας PGDip, MSc, PhD, FACS, FRCS (Tr&Orth) είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Xειρουργός - Τραυματολόγος και Διδάκτωρ στο Αριστοτέλειο Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλονίκης με ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Μαρούσι. Παράλληλα, διατελεί Διευθυντής στο Ιατρικό Κέντρο Αθηνών στο Μαρούσι. Είναι απόφοιτος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού & Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και έχει ολοκληρώσει μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στην Ορθοπαιδική Μηχανική στο Πανεπιστήμιο του Cardiff. Μετά την αποφοίτησή του ξεκίνησε να εργάζεται στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο, όπου κάτω από διαρκή αξιολόγηση, τακτικές εξετάσεις και συνεντεύξεις, ολοκλήρωσε την ειδικότητα της Ορθοπαιδικής και Τραυματολογίας. Είναι εξειδικευμένος Χειρουργός άνω άκρου, γόνατος και αθλητικών κακώσεων και έχει ολοκληρώσει όλη την ειδικότητα και την υπερεξειδίκευση στο ειδικό γνωστικό αντικείμενό του στην Αγγλία. Μετά το πέρας της ειδικότητας, εξειδικεύτηκε στην παγκοσμίου φήμης Κλινική Ώμου - Αγκώνα στο Reading. Εργάσθηκε δε ως Διευθυντής στην ίδια κλινική και εν συνεχεία στο Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο του East Kent. Εργάσθηκε συνεχόμενα στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο από το 2005 έως το 2019 αποκτώντας τεράστια χειρουργική εμπειρία. Διαθέτει αναλυτικό - πιστοποιημένο logbook πλέον των 6000 χειρουργείων. Επιστρέφει στην Ελλάδα μετά από 14 χρόνια παραμονής στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο, έχοντας αφυπηρετήσει στην υψηλότερη βαθμίδα του μόνιμου Διευθυντή (substantive Consultant), με στόχο να παρέχει στους ασθενείς του τις πιο σύγχρονες τεχνικές διάγνωσης και θεραπείας με βάση τα διεθνή πρότυπα. Ασχολείται με όλο το φάσμα της τραυματολογίας με εξειδίκευση στην αντιμετώπιση των σύνθετων καταγμάτων του ώμου - αγκώνα. Επίσης, εξειδικεύεται στην αρθροσκόπηση ώμου - αγκώνα και γόνατος με μεγάλη χειρουργική εμπειρία και όγκο περιστατικών. Εφαρμόζει το ελάχιστης επεμβατικότητας σύστημα ανάστροφης αρθροπλαστικής ώμου χωρίς stem. Είναι εταίρος (fellow) του Βασιλικού Κολλεγίου των Χειρουργών του Εδιμβούργου, έχοντας ολοκληρώσει με επιτυχία τις σχετικές εξετάσεις. Επιπλέον, είναι εκπαιδευτής στο Advanced Trauma Life Support Course και στο παγκοσμίου φήμης Reading Shoulder and Elbow Course. Ταξιδεύει συχνά στην Ευρώπη όπου διδάσκει την τεχνική της ανάστροφης αρθροπλαστικής ώμου χωρίς stem. Την περίοδο 2017 - 2019 ήταν ο πρώτος Έλληνας που εκλέχτηκε μέλος της Εκπαιδευτικής Επιτροπής της Βρετανικής Εταιρίας Ώμου - Αγκώνα. Tέλος, τo 2020 εκλέχτηκε στην επιτροπή μελών της Ευρωπαϊκής Εταιρίας Ώμου - Αγκώνα.
