He trained at the University Orthopedic Clinic of Athens at the Attikon General Hospital KAT. Additionally, he has extensive experience in orthopedic traumatology and microsurgical reconstruction, peripheral nerve compression syndromes, and peripheral nerve injuries. Throughout his career, he has served as President and founding member of numerous societies and medical centers, including the Hellenic Society of Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery and the Department of Upper Extremity Surgery & Microsurgery at the Medical Center of Athens. Finally, he is a member of both Greek and international medical associations, such as the Hellenic Society of Upper Extremity Surgery, the Hellenic and International Societies of Reconstructive Microsurgery, among others.
