Eleutheriou Georgios MD, PhD is a Doctor of Medicine from Athens and the Director of Vascular Surgery at Metropolitan Hospital in Piraeus. He practices as a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist with a private clinic in Athens and concurrently examines and operates on patients at Metropolitan Hospital in Piraeus. Το 2016 μετέβη στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο όπου ειδικεύθηκε στην Αγγειακή και Ενδαγγειακή Χειρουργική. Moustardas Marios MD, MSc, PhD, FICA is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist, Director of the Vascular Surgery Department at the "Iasis" clinic in Chania, where he also sees patients in a private practice in Marousi. He holds a doctoral thesis in the Surgical Sector of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a medical degree from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Additionally, he received advanced training in endovascular surgery at the European Vascular Masterclass in Amsterdam and in the use of laser for the treatment of varicose veins. Throughout his career, he has worked at numerous hospitals in Greece as an Attending Physician, in some of which he has served as Deputy Director, equipping him with the appropriate knowledge and experience to handle all vascular surgical cases. He is the head of the Vascular Access Center at Errikos Dunant Hospital, as well as the head of the Vascular Access Department at the 2nd Vascular Surgery Clinic, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, at GNA “Laiko” Hospital. Mr. Xatzantonis is the pioneer behind the establishment of the first vascular access center in Greece, recognized by the international Vascular Access Society as a training center for vascular access surgery for hemodialysis patients. Finally, the physician is a scientific collaborator at Errikos Dunant Hospital, Mediterraneo Hospital, and GNA “Laiko” Hospital.
