Maria Pasali graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2012, where she was admitted in 2006 following the National Entrance Examinations, with a degree grade of "Very Good." She served for one year as a Rural Doctor at the Primary Health Care Center of Metochi Dirfyon, Euboea, and at the Health Center of Pramanta, Ioannina. She completed her clinical training in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Veria and subsequently completed her specialty training in Allergy at the Specialized Unit of the University General Hospital "ATTIKON." Until the summer of 2022, she continued to work at the "D. Kalogeromitros" Unit as a Specialist Allergist for Children and Adults, having obtained her specialty title in the summer of 2020. The following year, she received certification from the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology after successfully passing the relevant examinations. Since the autumn of 2022, she has been practicing privately in the Kypseli area (Athens), while also participating in the work of the Allergy Unit as a Scientific Collaborator. Additionally, she is a member of project teams in numerous clinical studies, the results of which are presented at Greek and international conferences.

Mellios Anagnostis is a Specialist Allergist for children and adults. He maintains a private practice in Serres and Kavala. He studied at the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He completed his rural practice at the Primary Health Center of Limenaria, Thasos, and subsequently specialized at the 1st Department of Internal Medicine of the General Hospital of Serres. Later, he trained at the Allergy Unit "D. Kalogeromitros" of the Attikon University General Hospital, where he gained experience in pediatric allergy clinics as well as adult clinics, covering the full spectrum of allergic diseases.

Iordanidou Katerina is a Pediatrician in Thessaloniki. She is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Thessaly and obtained her Pediatric specialization title in September 2019 following examinations. She began her specialty in the Pediatric Clinic of the General Hospital of Kavala and subsequently moved to the United Kingdom. She initially trained in the Neonatal Unit at Barnet Hospital in London and later at Evelina London Children’s Hospital, where she acquired extensive experience in general pediatrics, pediatric cardiology, and the emergency department. She received further training in pediatric endocrinology at the Royal London Hospital, working as a Senior Endocrine Fellow. She also worked as a Senior Registrar at Barnet Hospital and Royal Free Hospital, covering the Pediatric Department and the Neonatal Unit. Since 2013, she has been a certified ERC instructor in Neonatal Life Support (NLS Instructor). Since January 2023, she has maintained a private practice with modern equipment in the center of Thessaloniki, in a space designed to meet the needs of both children and mothers, including a breastfeeding area. With responsibility and scientific expertise, she undertakes the care of children from the neonatal period through adolescence.

Sifnaios Emmanouil MD, MSc, PhD is an Allergist - Military Physician (retired) maintaining private clinics in Kalamata and Pefki, and he is the head of the specialized Allergy and Nutritional Immunology Mother-Child Clinic at the General Clinic City Hospital (HHG) in Kalamata. He holds a doctorate from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Master’s degree in Biostatistics from the same university. He graduated from the Medical Department of the School of Health Sciences at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the Military Officers School of Corps (SSAS). Beyond the required training and service period for the Allergy specialty, he underwent further training in the Emergency Department of the Madigan Army Medical Center in Washington State, USA, served as a Scientific Collaborator (Fellow) in the Allergy Department of the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens, and was a visiting physician (Observer) in the Allergy and Clinical Immunology Department at the National Heart and Lung Institute, Imperial College and Royal Brompton’s Hospital in London. As a specialist Allergist, he initially served as Consultant in the Allergy Department of the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens and subsequently at the 411 General Military Hospital of Tripoli. He completed over four years of further training as a Consultant (Specialist) in the Allergy Department of Ryhov County Hospital, Jönköping, Sweden. In his private clinics, patients of all ages, including children, adults, and pregnant women, are diagnosed and monitored for the full spectrum of respiratory, dermatological, and systemic allergic conditions.
