Η Λιανού Κατερίνα είναι Φυσικοθεραπεύτρια , Επιστημονικά Υπεύθυνη και Συνιδρύτρια του Πρότυπου Κέντρου Φυσικοθεραπείας " JP FITNESS " στην Καλλιθέα, από το 2018 έως και σήμερα. 

Ήταν συνιδρύτρια και επιστημονική υπεύθυνη του Πρότυπου Κέντρου Φυσικοθεραπείας “Κίνηση & Θεραπεία” από το 2004 έως και το 2017.

Είναι βασική καθηγήτρια : της “Studio One Sports & Fitness School, με αντικείμενο: την Αθλητική Tραυματιολογία, Ανατομία και Εμβιομηχανική από το 2010 έως και σήμερα στα διπλώματα Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga.

Ήταν βασική καθηγήτρια : στη σχολή “Athens Yoga” με αντικείμενο ανατομία και κινησιολογία στο δίπλωμα της Yoga από το 2012 έως και το 2019 και βασική καθηγήτρια σε workshops με θέμα Myofascial Release And Trigger Point Therapy από το 2016 έως και σήμερα.

Έχει συμμετάσχει στην συγγραφή του εγχειριδίου: του Studio One, στην ειδικότητα του personal training στο κομμάτι της Αθλητικής Τραυματολογίας και των Ειδικών Πληθυσμών, αλλά και στη συγγραφή και έκδοση βιβλίου με τη συμμετοχή του καθηγητή Dr V.Zelev με θέμα ασκήσεις με Swiss Ball σε ασθενείς με δισκοπάθεια.

Αριθμεί πολλές δημοσιεύσεις και έχει υπάρξει ομιλήτρια σε δεκάδες συνέδρια.

Ενδεικτικά αναφέρονται τα 3 πανελλαδικής εμβέλειας που παρακολούθησαν πάνω από 4000 άτομα “Health and Fitness Experts Digital Meeting I II III 2020-2023.

Είναι πιστοποιημένη ως : Υγειονομικός Βοηθός Γωνίας (Cutting School) και κάτοχος αναγνωρισμένου διπλώματος Thai massage από το Υπουργείο Παιδείας της Ταϊλάνδης και το Thai massage school of Chang Mai.

Είναι μέλος: του Πανελληνίου Συλλόγου Φυσικοθεραπευτών της Ελληνικής Επιστημονικής Εταιρείας και της Bulgarian Association of Physiotherapists.

Είναι απόφοιτη του Πανεπιστημίου N.S.A με ειδικότητα φυσικοθεραπείας, βαθμό κλινικής πρακτικής άριστα και θέμα διπλωματικής εργασίας : " κινησιοθεραπεία μετά από μηχανική βλάβη του περονιαίου νεύρου" στην οποία αρίστευσε.

Απόκτησε την εργασιακή της εμπειρία: σε κέντρο Αποκατάστασης και στο “Ερρίκος Ντυνάν” Hospital Center, ασχολούμενη με ασθενείς με αθλητικές κακώσεις, μυοσκελετικά, νευρολογικά, καρδιαγγειακά και αναπνευστικά προβλήματα επί σειρά ετών.

Έχει εκπονήσει διδακτορικό τίτλο με θέμα : την αντιμετώπιση του αντανακλαστικού πόνου στην οσφυϊκή μοίρα της σπονδυλικής στήλης σε ασθενείς με δισκοπάθεια.

Kanellopoulos Dimitrios is a Neurologist who maintains a private practice in Petralona. He is a graduate of the Medical School of Turin in northern Italy and serves as a Consultant Neurologist and Scientific Head of the Neurology Department at Euroclinic Athens. He holds a postgraduate specialization in Biomedical Acupuncture and a degree from the Medical School of the University of Patras. He completed his residency in psychiatry at the General Hospital of Elefsina "Thriasio" and in neurology at the General Hospital of Attica "KAT," as well as in neurology at the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos." There, he had the opportunity to train in conditions such as cerebrovascular strokes, dementia, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, myasthenia, migraine, vertigo, polyneuropathies, and sleep disorders. Finally, the doctor has participated in numerous medical seminars and conferences and has contributed to the development of medical research papers.

Kyriaki Sapalidou is a physician specialized in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with extensive experience in the treatment of patients with musculoskeletal, rheumatological, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Ioannina and is a member of the Hellenic Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (EEFIAP) and the European Board of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine, recognized by the UEMS (Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes).

She has been practicing as a physiatrist since 2003 as an independent professional at her private clinic in Peristeri, where she is the scientific head of the physiotherapy department. Additionally, she practices medical acupuncture, having been trained and certified by the International Acupuncture Medical Association (ICMART).

She has served as the scientific director of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation department in major private healthcare facilities, such as Metropolitan General and the "Lefkos Stavros" Clinic, while also gaining valuable experience in the public sector with training at prominent hospitals including the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos" - Polyclinic, the General Hospital of Attica "Sismanogleio," and the General Hospital of Attica KAT.

Dilaris Emmanouil is a Physiotherapist who operates a private clinic in Nea Ionia. He studied Physiotherapy at the National Academy of Sports Vasil Levski in Sofia. Additionally, he has completed postgraduate seminars in "MANUAL THERAPY" and acupuncture - McKenzie seminars. He possesses significant experience in T.E.N.S, crossed currents, microwave diathermy, diadynamic currents, McKenzie exercises, Manual therapy, and other techniques. Furthermore, he is equipped with a MAGNETIC STIMULATOR, TECAR, and HIGH-POWER LASER, and it is noteworthy that he has worked for several years in private clinics. He undertakes the rehabilitation of Neurological Disorders (stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis) and specializes in Musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

Physio Heal Tsomi Despoina is a graduate of the Department of Physiotherapy at the Athens University of Applied Sciences. She also holds a degree in Business Administration from the Athens College of Economics. She has 14 years of experience gained through her work in military and public hospitals (401 General Military Hospital of Athens, 251 General Hospital of Athens, Asklipieio Voula, E.I.A.A), as well as at the University Hospital of Valencia “La Fe,” at the Physis clinic, and with the Llevant sports team in Spain. She has also volunteered at N.N.A and worked as a physiotherapist in private therapy centers. She has been trained in acupuncture therapy, Clinical Pilates, manual therapy, and the Schroth method.

She specializes and has experience in neurological, musculoskeletal, respiratory, and gynecological rehabilitation through accurate assessment. Since 2010, she has been a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists (PSF).

Fragkakis Nikolaos is a Rheumatologist with a private practice in Argyroupoli and has been serving as the Chair of the Professional Committee of Rheumatologists of Greece (EPERE) since January 2025. He holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and is certified in Hilterapia therapy, which aids in the rehabilitation of painful pathological conditions related to muscles, tendons, and ligaments, as well as in shock wave therapy for the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders. Additionally, he holds a diploma in acupuncture and has served as the Director of the Pathology Clinic at the General Hospital of Amfissa. Mylonas Xrysanthos is an Acupuncturist and maintains private clinics in Anavyssos, Lavrio, and Glyfada. He holds a degree from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed his specialty in General Surgery at the General State Hospital of Nikaia. During his professional career, he served as a Scientific Collaborator at IKA Lavrio for over 15 years. Despoina Rizopoulou is an Internist specializing in acupuncture and maintains private practices in Nea Raidestos, Thermis area, and Kalamaria. She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Thessaly in July 1997. After completing her rural service, she specialized in Internal Medicine at the Pathology Clinic of Kastoria Hospital and the 2nd Propaedeutic Pathology Clinic of Hippokration Hospital in Thessaloniki, obtaining her specialty certification in January 2006. She worked at the Blue Cross and the General Clinic of Thessaloniki from 2005 to 2022.
