Είμαι 65 χρονών, 170 ύψος, 61 κιλά. Έχω 298 χοληστερίνη, HDL, 69, LDL 212, non-HDL 229, τριγλυκερίδια 86, σάκχαρο 89. Τρώω κυρίως λαχανικά, όσπρια, ψάρια *σαρδέλα, κολιός. Τελευταία δύο χρόνια λόγω πρόβλημα με τη σπονδυλική στήλη ήμουν αρκετό σε ακινησία. Δοκίμασα στατίνες 2 φορές αλλά ο πόνος με έκανε να σταματήσω *κατέληγα να πάρω πάρα πολλά παυσίπονα. Τι μπορώ να κάνω? θα προσπαθήσω να προσθέτω κίνηση τώρα που είμαι καλύτερα... αλλά τι άλλο?
Με τέτοια νούμερα οι διατροφή δεν αρκεί.Γνωμη μου άλλαζε κάθε μήνα στατινη μέχρι να βρεις αυτή με τις λιγότερες παρενεργειες
