Είναι ανησυχητικά τα επίπεδα χοληστερόλης και πώς να τα βελτιώσω;

Καλησπέρα είμαι 42 ετών, γυναίκα κ έχω σάκχαρο 90, ολική χοληστερόλη 276, HDL 61, LDL 212, A Lpa 7,6, non HDL 215 και τριγλυκερίδια 86,..... είναι πολύ ανησυχητικά η με διατροφή κ άσκηση κ ίσως κάποιο συμπλήρωμα για να ανεβάσω την HDL όπως πχ Krill η ω3, θα κατεβάσω τους δείκτες? Ευχαριστώ!

  • Καλησπέρα νομιζω το εχω αναφέρει και σε παλαιότερη ανάρτηση. Αν κάποιος κάνει σωστή διατροφή και άσκηση αυτά μαζί μπορούν να οδηγήσουν σε μια μείωση 15% έως 20% τη χοληστερίνη. Στη συγκεκριμένη περίπτωση το 215 να γίνει περίπου 180 στην καλύτερη των περιπτώσεων. Με στόχο κάκης χολιστερινης το 116 για εσάς 180-116=64 τα οποία δεν υπάρχει άλλος τρόπος να καλυφθούν παρά μόνο με φαρμακευτική αγωγή. Ειναι όπως βλέπετε απλά μαθηματικά.
