Μπορεί να κολλήσει το παιδί ουρολοίμωξη από e-coli μέσω τουαλέτας;
Καλησπέρα.Η γυναίκα μου έχει πάθει ουρολοίμωξη από e-coli με ήπια συμπτώματα μόνο ένα αίσθημα καυσου τις 2 με 3 πρώτες μέρες και έπειτα τίποτα δεν ένιωθε. Εγω έχω αρχίσει να νιώθω κάτι ενοχλήσεις.Υπαρχει περίπτωση να έχει κολλήσει και το παιδί μας 4ετων? Μεταδίδεται μέσω τουαλέτας? Εξέταση ούρων έκανε την ίδια στιγμή ο μικρός με την γυναίκα μου και εκείνος ήταν καθαρος.

Καλησπέρα σας. Μην αγχώνεστε καθόλου. Συνήθως η ουρολοίμωξη προέρχεται από ένα μικρόβιο που υπάρχει στο έντερο μας (ανήκει στην φυσιολογική χλωρίδα) και ονομάζεται Escherichia Coli. Το συνηθέστερο είναι να το κολλάμε από τον ίδιο μας τον εαυτό κ οι γυναίκες είναι πιο ευάλωτες γιατί η ουρήθρα βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στον πρωκτό. Άρα δεν πιστεύω οτι το παιδί σας κινδυνεύει εκτός φυσικά εαν πρόκειται για άλλο μικρόβιο που δεν μπορώ να είμαι σαφής για τον τρόπο μετάδοσης του. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω και στο ελάχιστο.
