Κορτιζόνη και αιματουρία: είναι ασφαλές να πάρω σεροπράμ για κατάθλιψη;

Πήρα κορτιζόνη σε μεγάλη δόση λόγω ερυθροδερμίας την διέκοψα πιο γρήγορα γιατί εμφάνισα αιματουρία τώρα περνάω μάλλον φάση κατάθλιψης σαν παρενέργεια εάν πάρω σεροπράμ θα δω βελτίωση ή να προτιμήσω άλλη θεραπεία;;
