Πρέπει να κανω αξονικη ανω κατω κοιλίας, μπορει να γινει χωρίς σκιαγραφικο? θα ήθελα να το αποφύγω. Τα συμπτωματα μου είναι φουσκώματα δυσκοιλιότητα και πονακια στη κοιλιά. ευχαριστώ πολύ

Χωρίς σκιαγραφικό η αξονική είναι μειωμένης ακρίβειας. Εξαρτάται από το τι ψάχνει ο γιατρός σας.

Τεχνικά η εξέταση μπορεί να γίνει μόνο με γαστρογραφίνη (χωρίς το ενδοφλέβιο σκιαγραφικό) με περιορισμό όμως της διαγνωστικής ικανότητας. Εξαρτάται από το θεράποντα ιατρό σας η σύσταση για χρήση ή όχι του σκιαγραφικού.

Εφόσον ο ιατρός σας υπέδειξε να κάνετε αξονική κοιλίας, πρέπει να γνωρίζετε ότι η εξέταση είναι πολύ πιο ακριβής στις πληροφορίες που μπορεί να παρέχει όταν συμπληρώνεται με σκιαγραφικό. Αν δεν έχετε λοιπόν σαφή ιατρική αντένδειξη για το σκιαγραφικό, είναι λάθος να εκτεθείτε στην ακτινοβολία μιας ατελούς εξέτασης.
