Μπορεί να είναι στρεπτόκοκκος χωρίς πυρετό αν πονάει η αμυγδαλή και έχει άσπρα κομμάτια;

Καλησπέρα..εδώ και δύο μέρες με πονάει πολύ η μία μου αμυγδαλή και είναι κόκκινη με άσπρα κομμάτια πάνω .. πυρετό δεν έχω ούτε κάποιο άλλο σύμπτωμα..μπορεί να είναι στρεπτόκοκκος χωρίς πυρετό? Υπάρχει περίπτωση να φύγει χωρίς αντιβίωση?
