Ρέζους αρνητικό στην εγκυμοσύνη: Πότε χρειάζεται ένεση ανοσοσφαιρίνης;
Καλησπέρα ! Είμαι έγκυος στην 32η βδομάδα . Έχω ρέζους αρνητικό και ο σύζυγος θετικό . Το πρώτο μας παιδάκι γεννήθηκε με ρέζους θετικό . Στην πρώτη εγκυμοσύνη είχα κάνει ένεση ανοσοσφαιρίνης και κατά την κύηση και στον τοκετό . Στη δεύτερη εγκυμοσύνη ο γιατρός μου είπε ότι την κάνει μόνο στον τοκετό , ενώ διαβάζω ότι είναι απαραίτητη κ κατά τη διάρκεια της κύησης . Ποιο είναι τελικά το σωστό;

Αφού είστε ρέζους αρνητική και το πρώτο σας παιδί ήταν θετικό, τότε σε κάθε επόμενη εγκυμοσύνη χρειάζεται μία ένεση ανοσοσφαιρίνης στην 28η εβδομάδα και μία μετά τον τοκετό αν το μωρό είναι πάλι θετικό. Αυτό το κάνουμε για να προλαβουμε τη δημιουργία αντισωμάτων που θα μπορούσαν να επηρεάσουν το μωρό. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω και στο ελάχιστο.
