Είμαι έγκυος και έκανα νύχια με acrygel, υπάρχει πρόβλημα για το έμβρυο;

Καλησπέρα, διαπίστωσα πριν 2 μέρες με τεστ στο σπίτι ότι είμαι έγκυος. Λίγες μέρες πριν είχα κάνει τα νύχια μου με acrygel (σε φουρνάκι). Δεν ήξερα τότε ότι είμαι έγκυος. Υπάρχει πρόβλημα για το έμβρυο;
