Θα πρέπει να ξέρετε ότι δεν έχουν όλες οι εγκυμοσύνες τα ίδια συμπτώματα. Συνεχίστε την παρακολούθηση σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες του γιατρού σας.

Καλησπέρα, αν δεν υπάρχει πιθανότητα εγκυμοσύνης, μια μικρή καθυστέρηση δεν είναι κάτι ανησυχητικό. Το στρες, η αλλαγή στη ρουτίνα ή ακόμα κ ηδιατροφή μπορούν να επηρεάσουν τον κύκλο.
Περίμενε λίγες μέρες γιατί τις περισσότερες φορές η περίοδος έρχεται από μόνη της. Αν καθυστερήσει πάνω από 10 μέρες, τότε καλό θα είναι να σε δει ένας γυναικολόγος, απλά για να είσαι σίγουρη ότι όλα είναι καλά.
Μην αγχώνεσαι, συμβαίνει σε πολλές κοπέλες στην ηλικία σου. Στη διάθεση σου εαν χρειαστείς περαιτέρω βοήθεια.
