Είναι ασφαλές το ladose στην εγκυμοσύνη πρώτου τριμήνου;
Γειά σας είμαι σε εγκυμοσύνη πρώτου τριμήνου και περνώ ladose ...αν πρέπει να το συνεχίσω δεν μου απαντάει κανείς γιατρός. τώρα είναι να κάνω αυχενική διαφάνεια η εξέταση θα δείξει αν υπάρχουν επιπλοκές στο έμβρυο με το ladose?????

Καλησπέρα σας. Το ladose είναι από τα αντικαταθλιπτικα φάρμακα που γενικά χρησιμοποιούμε στην κύηση αλλά όπως κάθε φάρμακο μπορεί να έχει κ αρνητικές επιδράσεις. Το αν θα το συνεχίσετε ή όχι θα πρέπει να εκτιμηθεί από τον ψυχίατρο που σας το σύστησε σε συνεργασία με τον γυναικολόγο που σας παρακολουθεί. Όσο αφορά την αυχενική διαφάνεια που θα κάνετε τώρα δεν μπορεί να δείξει αν το φάρμακο έχει επηρεάσει το έμβρυο. Ελέγχει για συγκεκριμένα σύνδρομα, όπως το Down, όχι για πιθανές επιδράσεις από φάρμακα. Αν υπήρχε κάποια σπάνια επιπλοκή, αυτό θα φαινόταν στον υπέρηχο β’ επιπέδου, που θα γίνει πιο μετά.
