Efthymiou Theodora, is a pediatrician and maintains a private practice located in Chalandri since 2006, while she is also collaborating with SOS DOCTORS as a fully active member. SOS DOCTORS is the first Greek organization of freelance medical specialists dedicated in providing home medical services in emergencies 24/7. They have carried out very important research work, which includes presentations at scientific conferences and publications in recognized international medical journals and their philosophy is that it is an obligation of every SOS doctor to be immediately at the patient’s side, any time any day. In September 1990, Mrs. Efthymiou entered the medical faculty of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and graduated in 1996 with honors and an overall grade “Excellent”. Further, she specialized in the University B Pediatric Clinic of "AGIA SOFIA" Children's Hospital in Athens for four consecutive years (2002-2006). During her studies, she specialized in the department of pediatric cardiology, pediatric allergology and pediatric otolaryngology. Doctor Efthymiou also provides regular monitoring of infants from the day they return home until the age of 18 with respective concern and friendliness. After many years of experience as an SOS pediatrician, she offers medical services at home, where the child feels comfortable and safe. Επιπλέον, παρέχει πλήρη καθοδήγηση σε θέματα πρόληψης και εμβολιασμών για συμβουλευτική και εξατομικευμένο προγραμματισμό εμβολιασμών σύμφωνα με το Εθνικό Πρόγραμμα Εμβολιασμών, έλεγχο εμβολιαστικής κάλυψης και ενημέρωση του Βιβλιαρίου Υγείας Παιδιού, εκτίμηση παιδιού πριν τον εμβολιασμό και καθοδήγηση για τη διαχείριση πιθανών ανεπιθύμητων ενεργειών.

Valsamidi Krystallia is a Pediatrician and maintains a private practice in Vrilissia. Simultaneously, she serves as a Consultant Pediatrician A' at the Pediatric Clinic of the Athens Medical Center. She specialized in Pediatrics at the First University Pediatric Clinic of the University of Athens at the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital and at the Royal Hospital for Sick Children in Edinburgh. At the same hospital in Edinburgh, she also specialized in Pediatric Emergency Medicine. In London, she specialized in Pediatrics/Neonatology, specifically at Queen Charlotte's and Chelsea Hospital and St. Mary's Hospital, and worked as a Pediatric Consultant at the pediatric department of Royal Preston Hospital. Finally, she participates as a speaker and attends numerous conferences in Greece and abroad.

Giannopoulou Sotiria MD, MPH, IBCLC is a Pediatrician - Internationally Certified Lactation Consultant and maintains a private practice in Kalamata. She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Ioannina and completed a Master's Degree in Public Health with a focus on Social and Preventive Medicine at the Medical School of the University of Patras. Her thesis addressed childhood obesity. She served as a mandatory rural service physician in Konitsa, Ioannina. She began her pediatric specialty training at the Pediatric Clinic of the General Hospital of Zakynthos and completed it at the Pediatric Clinic of the General Children's Hospital of Patras "Karamanadaneio," where she participated in the Endocrinology and Neurology clinics, the Mediterranean Anemia Unit, and the Neonatal Unit. She has also worked as an on-call physician in private healthcare units and as the Chief Medical Officer at recreational facilities and football matches in Ioannina. She was responsible for teaching anatomy, physiology, dermatology, hygiene, and first aid courses at the Vocational Training Institute of the Manpower Employment Organization during 2019 - 2020. She considers it important to continuously expand and validate her scientific knowledge through ongoing training by participating in conferences, seminars, and reviewing international literature. Additionally, she has authored numerous articles and presentations at Greek and international conferences. Finally, she is a lactation consultant and has experience in pediatric nutrition, managing childhood obesity, as well as endocrinological issues.

Dr. Oikonomou is a Pediatrician with a private practice in Agios Dimitrios-Attica, as well as an attending physician at the Pediatric Clinic of the Pediatric Center – Athens Medical Center. In his practice, he provides preventive pediatric care, vaccinations, guidance and support for breastfeeding, growth and development monitoring, and parental counseling, always with a focus on the child’s health and well-being. With scientific responsibility and a child-centered approach, he aims to ensure proper pediatric follow-up and the timely management of every need.

He holds an EPALS (European Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification and is currently completing his postgraduate studies at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Αποφοίτησε από τη Σχολή Θετικών Επιστημών - Τμήμα Βιολογίας του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης, με εξειδίκευση στη Γενετική - Μοριακή Βιολογία, ενώ πραγματοποίησε μετεκπαίδευση στο Université Rennes 1 της Γαλλίας, εμβαθύνοντας σε εξειδικευμένα ιατρικά πεδία. Dr. Thanos Xristos is a Pediatrician, specialized in Germany in Infectious Diseases and in Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine. Since October 2022, he has maintained his private practice in Kalamaria and, since December 2022, he serves as a Pediatrician at the "Agios Loukas" Clinic in Thessaloniki. Until May 31, 2023, he practiced for four years as a private specialist physician in pediatric and adolescent medicine at a family/pediatric practice in Berlin. Dr. Xristos is a graduate of the Democritus University of Thrace. As part of his postgraduate training, he obtained a Certificate in Clinical Nutrition in Pediatrics after successful examinations (DGKJ) and recognition by the Ärztekammer Westfalen Lippe. He is an Authorized collaborator of the A' Test (school readiness screening) and has attended IBCLC Lactation Consultant Seminars. Maria Sarigianni is a Pediatrician and maintains a private practice in Volos. She graduated from the Medical and Dental School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She specialized in Pediatrics at the University General Hospital of Larissa as well as at the Achillopouleio General Hospital of Volos. Her rural service was completed at the Regional Clinics of Milea, Promyri, Neochori, and Agios Georgios Nileias. Additionally, she has participated in conferences and speaks English.

Athanasia Pagoni MD, MSc, PhDc is a Pediatrician with a private practice in Chalandri. She is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has extensive experience in the field of pediatrics and obstetric care, having worked for five years at the General Children's Hospital "Agia Sofia," and since 2022, she has continued her professional career at the Maternity Hospital "Mitera." She has been an active member of the Athens Medical Association since 2012 and approaches her work with dedication, consistency, and a strong sense of responsibility towards her patients.

Panagiotopoulou Tzortzina MSc, IBCLC is a Pediatrician - Certified Breastfeeding Consultant IBCLC and maintains a private practice in Cholargos. She graduated in 2006 from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (N.K.U.A.) and continued her postgraduate training at the same university, specializing in clinical Pediatrics and Nursing Research, which she completed in 2017. In the same year, she obtained the Pediatric specialty title after specializing at the 1st Pediatric Clinic of the Children's Hospital of Athens "Agia Sofia". Subsequently, she received two certifications in pediatric nutrition through distance learning at Ludwig-Maximilians University (Germany) and Boston University (USA). Since 2021, after successful examinations approved by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies of the USA (NCCA), she has received the Global IBCLC Certification as a Breastfeeding Consultant, whereby, with her knowledge and experience in breastfeeding-related issues (e.g., breastfeeding difficulties, prematurity, multiple pregnancies), she actively supports mothers in this purpose. Dr. Sofia Genitsaridi is a pediatrician with a private practice based in Glyfada, Athens. She graduated from the School of Medicine of the University of Patras.

She completed part of her pediatric residency with a specialization in Neonatology at the University Neonatal Clinic of Aretaieio Hospital, where she received training in neonatal resuscitation, early neonatal care, and the establishment of breastfeeding immediately after birth.

She obtained her PhD from the School of Medicine at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, graduating with honors (“Excellent”). Her doctoral dissertation focused on the effectiveness of a personalized model of nutrition, physical activity, and psychological intervention for the prevention and management of childhood and adolescent obesity and overweight. Dr. Genitsaridi also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in General Pediatrics – Clinical Practice and Research, from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, which she completed with distinction.

She worked as a scientific associate at the University Pediatric Clinic in Mainz, Germany, gaining valuable international clinical experience. Upon returning to Greece, she completed her pediatric specialization at the 1st University Pediatric Clinic of “Aghia Sophia” Children's Hospital, where she was trained in diagnosing and managing a wide range of common and rare pediatric conditions. She successfully passed the national board certification exams in Pediatrics.

Currently, Dr. Genitsaridi works as a Scientific Associate at the Pediatric Obesity Center, part of the Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes Unit of the 1st University Pediatric Clinic at “Aghia Sophia” Hospital, and serves as an Attending Pediatrician at the Athens Euroclinic for Children.

Georgios Kaniaris is a Pediatrician - Neonatologist and has been running a private practice for the past 23 years in Nea Filadelfeia, Attica. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (EKPA) and is an active member of the Athens Medical Association and the Pediatric Society. Dimitriou Katerina is a Pediatrician specializing in neonatology with many years of experience in major hospitals, while maintaining a private practice in Spata. For the past 15 years, she has been a Consultant in the Neonatal Premature Unit at Iaso Maternity Hospital. She advocates for preventive medicine and, beyond growth monitoring and vaccination, she is particularly interested in children's nutrition, considering it very important for health and the prevention of degenerative diseases. She has always sought ways and advice to improve the quality of life and health of children, recognizing that healthy physical development is multifactorial (good nutrition, exercise, quality sleep, absence of stress, healthy relationships with family and peers). Syrmou Areti is a Pediatrician and Doctor of Medicine from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She maintains a private practice in Metamorfosi. She graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and specialized in the Second University Pediatric Clinic of the General Children's Hospital "P. & A. Kyriakou." Additionally, she is a breastfeeding counselor and specialist in infant and child nutrition through the Postgraduate Program in Pediatric Nutrition at Boston University School of Medicine, having been trained in malnutrition, obesity, nutritional deficiencies, vegetarian diets, and gut microbiota. She has also received further training in the early detection of pervasive developmental disorders and holds a proficiency certificate for the Standardized Autism Spectrum Disorder Screening Test "pais" as well as neonatal and pediatric resuscitation certification (PEPP). Dr. Chryssoula Driggopoulou is a board-certified paediatrician with extensive clinical experience and specialized training in paediatric nutrition, infectious diseases, and neonatology. She has studied and practiced both in Greece and the United Kingdom, and she remains fully committed to continuous scientific development and delivering high-quality care to children and their families.She completed her specialty training in Paediatrics between 2015 and 2019 at the East of England Deanery in the United Kingdom. She then pursued postgraduate studies in Infectious Diseases and Global Medicine at the Democritus University of Thrace (2019–2021), followed by an MSc in Paediatric Nutrition at Boston University in 2021.Her professional experience began in 2013 at the Medway Maritime Hospital (UK), where she worked in a Level 3 Neonatal Unit. In 2014, she continued at Broomfield Hospital in a Level 2 Paediatric and Neonatal Unit. Since 2020, she has been working as a paediatrician at the General Hospital of Serres in Greece, providing comprehensive care to the children of the region.In parallel with her clinical work, Dr. Driggopoulou has participated in numerous seminars and scientific conferences. These include the Advanced Paediatric Life Support (APLS Hellas, 2021), the Neonatal Life Support Course organized by the Hellenic Society of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (2022), the Panhellenic Paediatric Pulmonology Conference (2024), and training in emotional resilience and mental health in children and adolescents during the Covid-19 pandemic, in collaboration with the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has also taken part in multiple National Paediatric Congresses and in the Continuing Paediatric Education Program by the University of Ioannina.She is an active member of the General Medical Council (UK) since 2013, the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (UK) since 2014, the Medical Association of Serres since 2006, the Hellenic Paediatric Society since 2020, and the Volunteer Academy HELPHELLAS since 2022.With scientific competence, international experience, and a human-centered approach, Dr. Driggopoulou provides high-quality paediatric care with an emphasis on prevention, empathy, and building trust with families.

Maria Kalampogia - Polyxroni is a Pediatrician with a private practice in Neos Kosmos. She studied Medicine at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Subsequently, she specialized in Pediatrics at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Athens General Hospital "Elena Venizelou - Alexandra," the Pediatric Clinic of "Sismanoglio" General Hospital of Komotini, and the Second University Pediatric Clinic of the General Children's Hospital of Athens "P. & A. Kyriakou," where she obtained her specialty certification in November 2019. She has been trained in Neonatal Life Support, Basic Life Support and the use of Automated External Defibrillator (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation with Automated External Defibrillation BLS/AED), as well as in Advanced Pediatric Life Support (APLS). She has experience monitoring routine and emergency cases in children of all ages, having worked in the Pediatric Clinic at Metropolitan Hospital and Euroclinic Children’s Hospital, as well as in the Neonatal Department (Nursery) of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic "Gaia." Finally, she regularly participates in conferences and scientific meetings in Greece and abroad to remain continuously updated on the latest developments in her field.
