She graduated in 2006 from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (N.K.U.A.) and continued her postgraduate training at the same university, specializing in clinical Pediatrics and Nursing Research, which she completed in 2017. She worked as a scientific associate at the University Pediatric Clinic in Mainz, Germany, gaining valuable international clinical experience. Additionally, she is a breastfeeding counselor and specialist in infant and child nutrition through the Postgraduate Program in Pediatric Nutrition at Boston University School of Medicine, having been trained in malnutrition, obesity, nutritional deficiencies, vegetarian diets, and gut microbiota.
