Στη διάρκεια της ειδικότητάς της στο Helios Klinikum Duisburg, κέντρο αναφοράς παιδιών με σύνδρομο Williams Beuren ξεκίνησε το διδακτορικό της με θέμα «Η χορήγηση αναισθησίας στα παιδιά με σύνδρομο Williams Beuren: παράγοντες κινδύνου κι επιπλοκές». Το 2018 απέκτησε τον τίτλο της ειδικότητας της παιδιατρικής. Συνέχισε να εργάζεται στο Helios Klinikum Duisburg ως επιμελήτρια (Funktionsoberärztin) έως και το 2020. Στη συνέχεια εργάστηκε σε μεγάλο παιδιατρείο στο Düsseldorf αποκτώντας έτσι εμπειρία στις διαφορετικές απαιτήσεις της εργασίας του ιατρού της κοινότητας. Στην διάρκεια της επαγγελματικής της πορείας έλαβε μέρος σε πολλά μετεκπαιδευτικά σεμινάρια (επείγουσα παιδιατρική, διενέργεια υπερήχων, αξιολόγηση ηλεκτροεγκεφαλογραφημάτων, διασωλήνωση και αερισμός παιδιών και νεογνών, μητρικός θηλασμός, ιατρική διατροφής παιδιών και νεογνών) αλλά και συνέδρια παιδιατρικής κι εφηβιατρικής. Έχει υπάρξει υπεύθυνη προσαρμογής ειδικευομένων στην κλινική κι εκπρόσωπός τους. Έχει διεξάγει μαθήματα για τους εκπαιδευόμενους νοσηλευτές και παρουσιάσεις για τους παιδιάτρους. Martinou - Kotsovolou Maria is a Pediatrician who maintains a private practice in Ilioupoli. Tsitsari Ioanna is a Pediatrician based in Ano Toumpa, Thessaloniki. She is a graduate of the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a Master's Degree in the "Biotechnology" Program from the University of Ioannina. Her specialization was completed at the Pediatric Clinic of the General Hospital of Giannitsa and the University General Hospital of Ioannina (PGNI), as well as at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) of PGNI. From 2019 until the end of 2023, she worked as an Assistant Pediatrician at the Pylea Axioy Health Center, at the Mother and Child Protection Station (Vaccination Department), and at the Pediatric Clinic, while in 2023 she covered pediatric on-call duties at the Evosmos Health Center. Tsitsika Artemis MD, PhD is a Pediatrician and maintains a private practice in Ampelokipoi. She was elected Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA). She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Athens and specialized in Pediatrics at the 1st Pediatric Clinic of the University of Athens at the General Children's Hospital "Agia Sofia." She obtained her PhD from the School of Medicine at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, graduating with honors (“Excellent”). Dr. Genitsaridi also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in General Pediatrics – Clinical Practice and Research, from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, which she completed with distinction.

She worked as a scientific associate at the University Pediatric Clinic in Mainz, Germany, gaining valuable international clinical experience. Upon returning to Greece, she completed her pediatric specialization at the 1st University Pediatric Clinic of “Aghia Sophia” Children's Hospital, where she was trained in diagnosing and managing a wide range of common and rare pediatric conditions. She successfully passed the national board certification exams in Pediatrics.

Currently, Dr. Genitsaridi works as a Scientific Associate at the Pediatric Obesity Center, part of the Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes Unit of the 1st University Pediatric Clinic at “Aghia Sophia” Hospital, and serves as an Attending Pediatrician at the Athens Euroclinic for Children.
