I had the chance to meet Evgenia for 10 sessions. Thanks to her kind and compassionate personality, and her truly non-judgmental communication style, I felt in a safe environment and was able to talk about what was troubling me. As the sessions progressed, I noticed that speaking about painful topics gradually triggered less suffering — and with that, less emotional turmoil. It felt as though Evgenia had given my mind the tools to step back whenever it felt overwhelmed or under threat. The most intriguing part is when you become consciously aware that your mind is shifting onto a new path, helping you bypass the places where you’ve been trapped.
