Πριν 3 χρόνια ο ώμος μου είχε πιαστεί για μήνες, η τενοντίτιδα δεν με άφηνε ούτε να σηκώσω το χέρι. Οι γιατροί μου είχαν πει πως είναι θέμα χρόνου το χειρουργείο. Πριν φτάσω εκεί, είπα να δοκιμάσω ως τελευταία ελπίδα έναν χειροπράκτη. Εξήγησα την κατάσταση στον κύριο Καποδίστρια και μου εξήγησε ακριβώς τι θα κάνουμε σε κάθε στάδιο της θεραπειας. Ειναι ένας άνθρωπος που σου εμπνέει εμπιστοσύνη και σιγουριά. Μου έκανε την πρώτη θεραπεία και μου είπε πως δε χρειάζεται να κάνουμε επόμενη, παρά μόνο αν θέλω εγώ. Πολύ τίμιος! Μου έδωσε μάλιστα για το σπίτι ειδικό ασκησιολογιο για την περίπτωσή μου, που έκανα για 10 λεπτά κάθε πρωί. Σιγά σιγά ο πόνος έφυγε. Έκανα και δεύτερη επίσκεψη, επειδή το ήθελα εγώ. Νομιζω στην τρίτη μας επίσκεψη είχα πλήρη κινητικότητα και γλίτωσα το χειρουργείο. Αλλά ακολούθησα κατά γράμμα το πρόγραμμά του. Του χρωστάω πολλά. Συνεχίζω να πηγαίνω στο ιατρείο του 2 φορές το χρόνο, συνήθως όταν αλλάζει ο καιρός.

Δούλευα ώρες στον υπολογιστή και υπέφερα από τον αυχένα μου. Πονούσα συνεχώς και είχα σχεδον καθημερινούς πονοκεφάλους. Με την πρώτη κιόλας συνεδρία με τον κύριο Καποδίστρια, άρχισα να νιώθω ξανά το σώμα μου ελαφρύ. Ο πόνος έφυγε και οι πονοκέφαλοι μειώθηκαν αισθητά. Μετά από την τρίτη επίσκεψη δεν είχα πια πονοκέφαλο. Ειλικρινά μου άλλαξε την καθημερινότητα!
