Το ραντεβού μου έγινε με την κα Ζούρκου Ευαγγελία (Λία). Η κα Ζούρκου υπήρξε πολύ λεπτομερής, ενδελεχής και διέθεσε τον χρόνο σε ερωτήσεις, απορίες, αγωνία από μέρους μου. Είναι πολύ σημαντικό σε υπηρεσίες υγείας να αισθάνεσαι όχι μόνο ότι ο επαγγελματίας γνωρίζει το αντικείμενο του αλλά και ότι σε ακούει, σου δίνει χρόνο και χώρο και ότι έχει ενσυναίσθηση.
