Είχα κλείσει ραντεβού on line ήμουν ακριβώς στην ώρα,δυστυχώς όμως δεν ήταν κανείς εκεί!! Πήρα αρκετά τηλέφωνα μέχρι που κάποιος κύριος με πήρε για να μου ζητήσει συγγνώμη και να μου πει πως το σύστημα δεν δούλεψε !!. Μου είπε να πάω το απόγευμα,χωρίς να γνωρίζει πως μένω 70 χιλιόμετρα απο την λάρισα!

Αγαπητέ κύριε, Λυπούμαστε ειλικρινά για την αναστάτωση που προκλήθηκε. Το ραντεβού δεν πραγματοποιήθηκε λόγω ενός έκτακτου και απρόβλεπτου περιστατικού στη γραμματειακή υποστήριξη του ιατρείου, καθώς η συνεργάτιδά μας χρειάστηκε να υποβληθεί επειγόντως σε χειρουργική επέμβαση. Ως αποτέλεσμα, το ηλεκτρονικό ραντεβού δεν έγινε αντιληπτό εγκαίρως. Μόλις αντιληφθήκαμε το λάθος, επικοινωνήσαμε άμεσα μαζί σας, ζητήσαμε ειλικρινά συγγνώμη και προτείναμε να σας εξυπηρετήσουμε την ίδια ημέρα σε σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα. Κατανοούμε ότι η απόσταση που διανύατε ήταν μεγάλη και σεβόμαστε την ενόχλησή σας. Ωστόσο, θα θέλαμε να επισημάνουμε ότι δεν πραγματοποιήθηκε τελικά καμία εξέταση ή θεραπεία, επομένως η αξιολόγηση δεν αφορά την ποιότητα των υπηρεσιών του ιατρείου, αλλά ένα μεμονωμένο διοικητικό λάθος για το οποίο αναλάβαμε εξαρχής την ευθύνη και ζητήσαμε συγγνώμη. Έχουμε ήδη λάβει μέτρα ώστε να μην επαναληφθεί αντίστοιχο περιστατικό στο μέλλον.
