Εμπνέει οικειότητα, ο ασθενής από την πρώτη επαφή νοιώθει μια άνεση. Λόγω της κατάρτισης του, εξηγεί με τρόπο κατανοητό το, λήνει οποιαδήποτε απορία για οποίο θέμα αντιμετωπίζει ο ασθενης.
