Πολύ υπομονετικός, ευγενικός και αφιέρωσε χρόνο να ακούσει και να κατανοήσει το πρόβλημά μας. Μας εξήγησε λεπτομερώς την κατάσταση και μας έδωσε σαφείς οδηγίες για την περαιτέρω αντιμετώπιση.
