Karaiskou Augi is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who has maintained a private practice in Katerini Pieria since 2006. She holds a degree from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Higher Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. She possesses a postgraduate degree in Human Nutrition with a specialization in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Glasgow, as well as a postgraduate diploma in Diabetes Mellitus from the Nursing Department of the Higher Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. She completed her postgraduate thesis at the Pediatrics Department of Hippocrates Hospital in Thessaloniki, where she has served as an external collaborator in the Metabolic Diseases and Pediatric Nephrology departments, and currently continues her collaboration in the Pediatric Diabetes department. Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians and Nutritionists and has attended numerous conferences on nutrition, dietetics, psychology, breastfeeding, as well as seminars on eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia) and childhood obesity. She also supports a large number of volunteer actions and organizations by providing her services on a voluntary basis.
