Asimakopoulou Ioanna is a Psychologist - Psychotherapist who maintains a private practice in Moschato, offering psychotherapy sessions both in person and online. She is a graduate of the Psychology Department of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a master's degree in Organizational and Economic Psychology from Panteion University. She has also received additional training from the Athens Center for the Study of the Human in the systemic approach, group process, and psychological assessment, as well as from the EFT Greek Network in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples and individuals. She has attended educational programs in clinical hypnosis and narrative therapy and has participated in the design and coordination of psychotherapy marathons, seminars, and therapeutic groups. She has been involved in and attended activities at the Glyfada Municipality Prevention Center (seminars for educators and parents, individual counseling) and the Eastern Attica Chronic Disease Hospital (psychological support) as part of her practical training. As a collaborator with the Ps-Network, she has provided psychological assessment services. She collaborates with the Center for Applied Counseling and Psychotherapy, where she conducts training seminars and experiential workshops and coordinates Self-awareness and Personal Development groups. In her practice, she conducts individual psychotherapy sessions for adolescents and adults addressing cases of depression, anxiety disorders, panic attacks, phobias, interpersonal relationship issues, couples therapy, parent counseling, and facilitates psychotherapy groups using a systemic approach.
