Συνέχισε τη μετεκπαίδευση του στη Μασσαλία της Γαλλίας European School of Marseille και, από το 2007 έως και σήμερα, στη Νέα Υόρκη ΗΠΑ Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS). Από το 2005 ασχολείται με την Αθλητιατρική ως ιατρός ομάδων και αθλητών/τριων. Εξειδικεύτηκε στο Sports Medicine και στις αθλητικές κακώσεις στη Νέα Υόρκη και στη Μασσαλία. Είναι αναγνωρισμένος Αθλητίατρος (FIMS Team Physician) από την FIMS (International Federation Of Sports Medicine). Dr. Kyrilis Xristos MD, MSc is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Spine Surgeon specializing in spinal surgery, as well as endoscopic spinal surgery, and maintains a private practice in Vrilissia. Mprilakis Emmanouil is an Orthopedic Surgeon who maintains two private practices, in Palaio Faliro and Psychiko. He holds a PhD and is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He possesses the "Advanced Trauma Life Support" and “Musculoskeletal Ultrasound” certifications from the American College of Surgeons and the Burwin Institute of Canada, respectively. He specializes in large joint arthroplasty (hip, knee, shoulder), knee and shoulder arthroscopy, and sports injuries. His expertise in the surgery of these joints is attributed to his advanced training in innovative surgical techniques.
