Η ακαδημαϊκή του πορεία ξεκίνησε από την Κτηνιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας (2008) και συνεχίστηκε στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών (2013). Giavi Varvara is a Ophthalmic Surgeon and maintains a private practice in Athens. She studied at the Medical School of Patras, graduating in 2010. Subsequently, she completed her rural medical service in Andritsaina, Ilia, and began her specialty training at the Panarcadian Hospital of Tripoli for one year. She obtained her Specialty Title in 2019, after specializing at the 1st University Clinic of GNA G. Gennimatas, where she remained for a total of five years.
