Dr Traxana Sofia - Paraskeui MD, MSc, PhD is a Gynecologist - Obstetrician - Specialist in assisted reproduction, with expertise in assisted reproduction and fertility preservation, and maintains a private practice "FeminFertilis" in Nea Filadelfeia. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with the grade "Very Good". In 2016, she was awarded a Doctorate from the Medical School of Athens with the grade "Excellent" and her research focus was ovarian cancer. Concurrently, in the same year, she completed her postgraduate studies in the program "Reproductive - Regenerative Medicine" with the grade "Excellent" at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. In 2017, she completed her specialty in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the 1st University Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic of "Alexandra" Hospital. Subsequently, she moved to the United Kingdom, where she specialized in assisted reproduction, fertility preservation, and minimally invasive surgery at one of the largest and most renowned clinics in London, St. Bart’s Fertility Clinic (Queen Mary University of London). During her specialization, she developed a particular interest in fertility preservation in women with malignant diseases (Onco-Fertility). Finally, she is the author of numerous foreign-language publications and has overseen the writing of chapters in books on the subject of in vitro fertilization, and has participated with presentations in numerous seminars and conferences.
Dr Traxana is engaged in the investigation and treatment of infertility, applying personalized protocols based on the most contemporary scientific data.
