Dr. Koraka Christina is an Anesthesiologist with a private practice in the Ampelokipoi area. She graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed her anesthesiology specialty at the General Hospital of Athens "Hippokration" in 2005. For many years, she has been involved in clinical anesthesiology, performing numerous surgical procedures in collaboration with surgeons from various specialties at multiple private hospitals. Since 2014, she has maintained her own private pain clinic, focusing almost exclusively on the relief and management of chronic pain. As an anesthesiologist for many years, she has directly dealt with the issue of pain, both acute pain (postoperative pain) and chronic pain.
In her clinic, she frequently treats musculoskeletal pain, headaches, migraines, cervical, shoulder, lumbar, and knee disorders, trigeminal neuralgia, postherpetic neuralgia, and more. She applies interventional therapies from conventional medicine (trigger point infiltrations, nerve blocks), as well as complementary therapies such as acupuncture and auriculotherapy - auricular acupuncture.
