Gynecologist - Obstetrician in Prefecture of Lesvos

Dr. Ziogas Apostolos is an Obstetrician-Gynecological Surgeon, Fertility Specialist, and Assistant Professor at the University of Thessaly. He studied at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a Master’s Degree (MSc) from the Medical School of the University of Thessaly and a Doctorate (PhD) from the Medical School of the University of Athens. He has received specialized training in In Vitro Fertilization at the Newcastle Fertility Center (UK), following a scholarship from the Hellenic Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Sarafis Vasileios is a Gynecological Surgeon - Obstetrician, graduate of the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with a scholarship at Yale University, USA. He subsequently specialized and worked for 7 years in London in salaried consultant positions at leading hospitals in the United Kingdom. He specialized in gynecological ultrasound and fertility ultrasound, as well as all forms of assisted reproduction. Diagnoses in the clinic are supported by a state-of-the-art ultrasound machine, model 2023. He is the first to perform next-generation foam sonohysterography in Northern Greece and has trained several gynecologists in the new painless sonohysterography method. In assisted reproduction, he particularly focuses on medication-free in vitro fertilization (IVF in a natural cycle) for easier and side-effect-free treatments.

Onze Vasileios is a Gynecologist - Obstetrician and maintains a private practice in Marousi and Skiathos. He studied at the Medical School of the University of Patras and completed postgraduate studies in "Research in Female Reproduction" at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, he is undergoing further training in Endoscopic Gynecological Surgery and Urogynecology at the "Mitera" Maternity Hospital. He specialized at the General University Hospital of Heraklion "Venizeleio" and at the General Hospital of Athens "Alexandra," where he gained significant clinical experience. Athanasaki Anna is a Gynecologist - Obstetrician and operates a private practice in Chalkida. She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Patras and completed her specialty in Gynecology - Obstetrics. More specifically, she trained in hospitals in Athens and the United Kingdom and completed her training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the largest clinic in the country, the First University Clinic of the Medical School of Athens, at the General Hospital "Alexandra". Additionally, after examinations, she was admitted to the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists of the United Kingdom, and she has received certification in natural childbirth, early diagnosis of pregnancy abnormalities, and cardiotocographic fetal monitoring from Aretaieio Hospital. Furthermore, she holds the title of Clinical Fellow in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic at the King's College University Hospital in London, where she worked in the delivery room, the surgical department, and the colorectal surgical oncology department, where she was honored with the distinction of Honorary Research Fellow. Currently, alongside her private practice, she collaborates with the private maternity hospital Iaso. Finally, it is worth mentioning that she participates in numerous seminars, specialized courses, workshops, and conferences in Greece and abroad and is a member of the Association of Obstetricians - Gynecologists, the Hellenic Society of Gynecological Endocrinology, and the Hellenic Society of Cervical Pathology & Colposcopy.

Timologou Anna MD, MSc, PhD is an Obstetrician - Gynecologist specialized in human reproduction and maintains a private practice in Thessaloniki. She holds a Doctorate from the Medical School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) and a Master's degree in "Biology of Reproduction" from the Medical School of the University of Thessaly, as well as a postgraduate degree in "Application of endoscopic surgical technique in Gynecology" from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has specialized in Surgery at the General Hospital of Katerini and subsequently in Obstetrics - Gynecology initially at the General Hospital of Larissa and later at the 3rd Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Furthermore, as part of her continuous education, she has attended numerous seminars related to Gynecology and Obstetrics. The doctor has extensive experience in assisted reproduction and in her private practice can effectively manage a wide range of cases of varying complexity, such as routine and comprehensive gynecological examinations, infertility, pregnancy monitoring, and colposcopy.
