Gynecologists - Obstetricians in Prefecture of Imathia

Kalogirou Georgios is a Gynecologist - Obstetrician and a PhD candidate at the Medical School of Athens, maintaining a private practice in Ampelokipoi. He studied Medicine at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) and specialized in Obstetrics - Gynecology at the University Maternity Hospital Limerick and the General Hospital - Maternity "Elena Venizelou". Additionally, as part of his ongoing professional development, he holds certifications in ATLS, ALSO, ALSG, among others, from major hospitals in Athens, and a Master's degree in Assisted Reproduction from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Maria Tsivou is an Obstetrician - Gynecologic Surgeon and maintains a private practice in Karditsa. She was born in Karditsa. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She began her specialty training in General Surgery at the General Hospital of Attica “Sismanoglio - Amalia Fleming” and continued her specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Third Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic of the University General Hospital "Elena Venizelou" in Athens, where she was trained in managing complex obstetric and gynecologic cases, as well as performing deliveries and gynecologic surgeries. She holds a postgraduate degree in "Pathology of Pregnancy" from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a certification in "Nutrition and Healthy Pregnancy" from the Lifelong Learning and Training Center of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She is certified in colposcopy by the Hellenic Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology. She has participated in numerous conferences and contributed to scientific publications. Her practice offers a wide range of services tailored to the needs of each patient.

Timologou Anna MD, MSc, PhD is an Obstetrician - Gynecologist specialized in human reproduction and maintains a private practice in Thessaloniki. She holds a Doctorate from the Medical School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) and a Master's degree in "Biology of Reproduction" from the Medical School of the University of Thessaly, as well as a postgraduate degree in "Application of endoscopic surgical technique in Gynecology" from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has specialized in Surgery at the General Hospital of Katerini and subsequently in Obstetrics - Gynecology initially at the General Hospital of Larissa and later at the 3rd Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Furthermore, as part of her continuous education, she has attended numerous seminars related to Gynecology and Obstetrics. The doctor has extensive experience in assisted reproduction and in her private practice can effectively manage a wide range of cases of varying complexity, such as routine and comprehensive gynecological examinations, infertility, pregnancy monitoring, and colposcopy. Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Hellenic Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology, the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology, and the European Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy.

Ο κ. Πίκουλας ειναι εκπαιδευμένος και καταρτισμένος Ογκοπλαστικός και Επανορθωτικός Χειρουργός, ο οποίος μετά την ολοκλήρωση της εξειδικευμένης του εκπαίδευσης στη Γενική Χειρουργική σε έγκριτα νοσοκομεία του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου και της μετεκπαίδευσης του στην Ογκοπλαστική Χειρουργική του μαστού στο παγκοσμίως γνωστό κέντρο Nightingale Centre (Πανεπιστημιακό νοσοκομείο του Μάντσεστερ) και γνωστό για τις υπηρεσίες του μαστού Royal Bolton Hospital (απο τα μεγαλύτερα κεντρα screening μαστού στη Βορειοδυτική Αγγλία διορίστηκε αμέσως ως Διευθυντής Χειρουργός μαστού το 2017 στο νοσοκομείο Royal Bolton Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.Αυτή τη στιγμή κατέχει τη θέση του Συντονιστή Διευθυντή της μονάδας μαστού και έxει διατελέσει Breast Cancer and Governance Lead.

Σπούδασε Ιατρική στο Αριστοτέλειο Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλονίκης και στην έγκριτη Στρατιωτική Σχολή Αξιωματικών Σωμάτων και αποφοίτησε το 2005 ως Αξιωματικός Ιατρός Πολεμικού Ναυτικού.

Του έχει απονεμηθεί επίσης Δίπλωμα Ογκοπλαστικής Χειρουργικής Μαστού από το Πανεπιστήμιο East Anglia, ο υψηλότερος μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος για χειρουργούς μαστού στην Ευρώπη.

Έχει εκπαιδευτεί στην εφαρμογή του Human Factors και είναι πιστοποιημένος ερευνητής για σοβαρά περιστατικά εντός του δημόσιου συστήματος υγειάς του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου (NHS).

Είναι υπεύθυνος της εκπαίδευση των ειδικευομένων ιατρών γενικής χειρουργικής καθως και των προπτυχιακών φοιτητών και είναι αναγνωρισμένος εκπαιδευτικός επόπτης σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες του GMC.

Flessas Ioannis MD, PhD, MSc, FEBS, FACS is a Mastologist and Doctor of Medicine at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens Medical School, with private practices in Vrilissia and Ampelokipoi. He studied at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens Medical School and completed postgraduate studies at the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace, Alexandroupolis. He specialized in General Surgery at the First Propaedeutic Surgical Clinic of the Medical School of the University of Athens at Hippokration Hospital of Athens and further specialized in Oncoplastic and Reconstructive Breast Surgery, sentinel lymph node technique, intraoperative radiotherapy, and electrochemotherapy at Royal Free Hospital NHS Trust in the United Kingdom. After completing his postgraduate training, he served as a Senior Registrar in the First Surgical Clinic - Breast Department of the General University Hospital "Elena Venizelou." Finally, he is the author of numerous books and scientific articles in the international medical literature and has participated in and attended numerous Greek and international conferences.
