Πώς να ενισχύσω τα καλά βακτήρια στον κόλπο για μείωση λοιμώξεων;
Παθαίνω συχνά κολπίτιδα από βακτήρια, κυρίως e coli και στη συνέχεια κυστίτιδα, έχω χειρουργηθεί στο μαστό και έχω κάνει για δέκα χρόνια ορμονοθεραπεία, αναστολή οιστρογόνων, δεν μπορώ να πάρω οιστρογόνα, βάζω λακτοβάκιλους στον κόλπο, υπάρχει κάποιος τρόπος να ενισχυθούν τα καλά βακτήρια στον κόλπο και ως εκ τούτου ο περιορισμός των κολπικών λοιμώξεων από βακτήρια; Ευχαριστώ.
