Πώς να αντιμετωπίσω επίμονο κνησμό από μύκητες παρά τη θεραπεία;
Καλησπέρα σας. Εδώ και αρκετό καιρό έχω μύκητες τους οποίους ακολουθώ συνέχεια την ίδια θεραπεία. Fuxilidin εσωτερική κρέμα fugimestand και feminella εξωτερική χρήση. Δυστυχώς πιστεύω ότι με την τόσο συχνή χρήση δεν μου κάνουν τίποτα. Δεν έχω πλέον βέβαια τα λευκά αυτά παχύρευστα υγρά. Ελάττωσα σημαντικά το καθημερινό σερβιετάκι έως καθόλου και ίσως ηρέμησα λίγο. Τώρα έχω πολύ έντονο εξωτερικό κνησμό. Τι άλλο να κάνω είμαι μόνιμος σε μια τέτοια κατάσταση.

Καλησπέρα. Όταν η θεραπεία επαναλαμβάνεται χωρίς αποτέλεσμα, καλό είναι να γίνει επανεκτίμηση, γιατί μπορεί να μην πρόκειται πια για απλή μυκητίαση ή να έχει διαταραχθεί η φυσιολογική χλωρίδα του κόλπου.
Θα σας πρότεινα να γίνει τουλάχιστον μια γυναικολογική εξέταση με καλλιέργεια κολπικού υγρού και μυκητόγραμμα.
