Έντονα δύσοσμα υγρά και Ureaplasma μετά θεραπεία ουρολοίμωξης: Τι να κάνω;
Καλησπέρα. Ύστερα από θεραπεία για ουρολοίμωξη (ceclor 10 μέρες) εμφάνισα μύκητες. Πήρα σποριζόλ για 10 μέρες με υπόθετα lomexin και κρέμα daktodor. Επανέλαβα 10 μέρες μετά τη γενική και καλλιέργεια ούρων και βγήκε καθαρή. Όμως συνέχισα να έχω έντονα δύσοσμα κολπικά υγρά και δύσοσμα ούρα, ελαφρύ τσούξιμο και πονάκια στην κοιλιά δεξιά. Πήγα σε διαγνωστικό λόγω 15αυγούστου να κάνω μια πλήρη κολπική καλλιέργεια. Έβγαλε Ureaplasma urealyticum: >= 10.000 ccu/ml!! Θα προχωρήσουν σε αντιβιόγραμμα. Έχω πάθει μεγάλη ζημιά; Το προλαβαίνω;

Όταν υπάρχουν μύκητες μπορεί να δώσει θετικό το μικρόβιο η καλλιέργεια θα πρέπει να θεραπευτείτε από τους μύκητες και μετά να κάνετε νέα καλλιέργεια
