Urinary tract infection actonel

Πόνος κατά την ούρηση μετά από Actonel και κλιμακτήριο: κυστίτιδα ή παρενέργειες;

Παίρνω 1 φορά την εβδομάδα Actonel για την οστεοπόρωση... Στον χρόνο πάνω μου ήρθε περίοδος ενώ είμαι σε κλιμακτήριο.. Αφού τελείωσε η περίοδος μου έχω ενοχλήσεις στην ουροδόχο... ορισμένες φορές πονάω κατά την ούρηση.. τι να υποθέσω έχω κυστίτιδα, ουρολοίμωξη ή παρενέργειες από το χάπι? Σας ευχαριστώ
