Γιατί η κόρη μου 20 ετών έχει ακόμα τσούξιμο στην ούρηση μετά από θεραπεία για ουρεόπλασμα και μυκόπ
Η κόρη μου που είναι 20 χρονών ειχε ουρεοπλασμα μυκοπλασμα και μυκητιαση στις Εκανε αντιβιογραμμα και ο γυναικολόγος της έδωσε στις 6/9/2024 αντιβιωσεις και κρέμα. Απο την μέρα που ξεκίνησε την θεραπεία δεν έχει σεξουαλικες επαφές. .Ομως τελείωσε την θεραπεία και ακομη όταν ουρει την τσούζει.Για ποιο λόγο συμβαίνει ακομη αυτό?

Καλησπέρα. Το τσούξιμο κατά την ούρηση μπορεί να οφείλεται σε αρκετούς παράγοντες. Είναι πιθανό να υπάρχει ακόμα κάποιο υπόλοιπο ερεθισμού ή φλεγμονής στην περιοχή από τη μόλυνση ή τη χρήση των φαρμάκων. Επίσης, μπορεί να υπάρχει μια ήπια λοίμωξη της ουροδόχου κύστης, η οποία δεν αντιμετωπίστηκε πλήρως από την αρχική θεραπεία.
Καλό θα ήταν να ενημερώσετε τον γυναικολόγο σας για την κατάσταση, ώστε να γίνει μια νέα αξιολόγηση και, αν χρειαστεί, να εξεταστεί με μια γενική και καλλιέργεια ούρων για να αποκλειστεί κάποια νέα λοίμωξη.
