Χαμηλή λίμπιντο και πρόωρη εκσπερμάτωση στα 27: Ορμονικά αίτια;

Καλησπέρα σας, είμαι 27 χρονών και το τελευταίο διάστημα η επιθυμία μου για αυνανισμό και σεξ έχει μειωθεί πάρα πολύ. Έχω δυσκολία στο να διατηρήσω τη στύση μου και όταν τα καταφέρνω εξπερματωνω γρήγορα. Με τη σύντροφό μου δυσκολεύομαι να κάνω σεξ λόγω της χαμηλής μου λίμπιντο και πιθανότατα αυτό επηρεάζει και την ψυχολογία μου. Σε τι μπορεί να οφείλεται; Μήπως είναι ορμονικό το πρόβλημα; Ευχαριστώ πολύ.
