Πόνος στη μέση και δεξιά με ακτινοβολία στο γλουτό και γόνατο στα 50 έτη
Είμαι 50 ετών και πριν 3 ημέρες μετά από μια απότομη κίνηση ένιωσα έναν πολύ έντονο πόνο στη μέση και δεξιά ο οποίος προχωρά στο γλουτό και φτάνει στο γόνατο μπροστά. Είναι τόσο έντονος που δεν μπορώ να καθίσω ή να σηκωθώ όρθιος. Αν κάνω 10 βήματα πρέπει να ξαπλώσω για να συνέλθω. Πήρα arcoxia και relief χωρίς κανένα αποτέλεσμα. Ξεκίνησα άμεσα φυσικοθεραπεία αλλά τα ευεργετικά της αποτελέσματα περνούν μετά από 4 ώρες. Μετά από 3 ημέρες δεν έχω βελτιωθεί καθόλου και παραμένω όλη μέρα ξαπλωμένος. Κάνω κάτι λάθος;

Καλό είναι να κάνετε μια μαγνητική αν δεν έχετε ήδη κάνει για να δούμε αν υπάρχει κάπου κάποια πιεσει στο νεύρο αυτό όλο που περιγράφεται δείχνει ότι ακόμα δεν έχει υπάρξει αποσυμπίεση του νευρου -
Ναι είναι μια οσφυαλγία με προβολή στο ισχιακό νεύρο προφανώς χρειάζεται χρόνος αποκατάστασης

Πιθανή δισκοκήλη στο ύψος Ο4/Ο5 δεξιά. Χρήζει κλινικής εκτίμησης και ενδεχομένως διερεύνηση με μαγνητική τομογραφία
