Κύστη νεφρού 3,4cm σε 79χρονο με κολπική μαρμαρυγή: Ανησυχία;
Καλημέρα! Άνδρας ασθενής 79 ετών με κολπική μαρμαρυγή. Πέρυσι επισκέφθηκε ουρολόγο λόγω διογκωμένου προστάτη. Στο υπερηχογράφημα άνω-κάτω κοιλίας τα ευρήματα ήταν τα εξής : Κύστη διαμέτρου 3,4cm δεξιού νεφρού και προστάτης ομοιογενής, με ομαλό περίγραμμα, αυξημένου μεγέθους. V=∼80cm3. Ο ουρολόγος που τον παρακολουθεί του είπε ότι δεν πρέπει να ανησυχεί και απλά να κανει έναν επανέλεγχο σε 1 έτος. Ο παθολόγος μας ως οικογενειακός γιατρός έχει διαφορετική άποψη. Μας είπε ότι θα έπρεπε να έχει δει νεφρολόγο και ότι οι κύστες προδιαθέτουν για νεφρική ανεπάρκεια μελλοντικά. Μπορεί να ισχύει κατι τέτοιο; Πρεπει να ανησυχούμε;
