Μπορεί το PSA 7,16 να αυξηθεί λόγω σταφυλόκοκκου και μεγέθους προστάτη;
Καλησπέρα.ειμαι 42 με ιστορικό χρόνια προστατίτιδας...(Υπάρχει μια ασβεστωση και σε σημερινή εξέταση ο γιατρος μου είπε ότι δεν αδειάζει τελείως η κυστη λόγω της ασβεστωσης) ταυτόχρονα εδώ και 1μηνα και ,ένιωθα ενοχλήσεις και μειωμένη ούρηση οπου η καλλιέργεια ούρων καθαρή αλλά η καλλιέργεια σπέρματος έδειξε μικρόβιο σταφυλόκοκκου). PSA 28/12/23 στο 2.95........και τωρα 2/12/24 7.16......ξέχασα να αναφέρω ότι το μέγεθος του προστάτη 2021. ήταν 26 κυβ.εκ, το 2024 Γενάρη 30κυβ.εκ. και τον Δεκέμβριο 2024 33κυβ.εκ.......επισης το εργαστήριο είχε ως όριο επιτρεπόμενο για PSA το 4......και μου έβγαλε 7,16........ Αν πούμε ότι είναι ακριβές το 7,16, θα μπορούσε να είναι λόγος ώστε να αυξηθεί σε αυτήν την τιμή ,λόγω μικροβίου σταφυλοκκοκου ,κατακράτησης ούρων στην κύστη και αύξησης του μεγέθους του προστάτη; Ευχαριστώ
