Μπορεί η μέθοδος Rezum να θεραπεύσει μικροβιακή προστατίτιδα με E. coli;

Έχω μικροβιακή προστατίτιδα περίπου 7 χρόνια με εξάρσεις κ υφέσεις το τελευταίο διάστημα τα ενοχλήματα είναι συνεχόμενα όλα τα χρόνια πήρα πολλές αντιβιώσεις ειδικά ciproxin έχω το e coli ...επειδή κ ο προστάτης είναι περίπου 36cc αν δεν έχουμε αντιβιώσεις εκλογής η rezum μέθοδος θ έδινε τη λύση???... ευχαριστώ
