Φλεγμονή στον προστάτη, πόνοι στα νεφρά και ίλιγγος, 44χρονος άντρας

Έχω φλεγμονή στον προστάτη και ο ουρολόγος μού ζήτησε να κάνω καλλιέργεια σπέρματος. Ταυτόχρονα έχω - όχι συνέχεια - μικρούς πόνους στα νεφρά που διαρκούν μερικά δευτερόλεπτα και ίλιγγο. Δεν ξέρω αν σχετίζονται αυτά που αναφέρω αλλά ανησυχώ για τα χειρότερα. Είμαι άντρας 44 ετών, 87 κιλά χωρίς ενεργή σεξουαλική ζωή.
