Βιοψία 3-3, PSA 14, 60 ετών: Να κάνω ριζική προστατεκτομή;
Η βιοψία έδειξε σκορ 3-3 η μαγνητική ένα μήνα νωρίτερα στάδιο 2. Η δακτυλική καλή. Απλά το PSA από 10,6 τον 01/25 πήγε τον Μάρτιο στο 14 γι' αυτό και έκανα βιοψία. Μαγνητική, σπινθηρογράφημα, αξονική καθαρές. Πήρα το Xatral για 15 ημέρες και το PSA έπεσε στο 11. Όγκος προστάτη 35cc. Είμαι 60 ετών. Μου προτείνουν ριζική προστατεκτομή. Σίγουρα η απόφαση είναι δική μου, αλλά θα ήθελα την άποψή σας. Ευχαριστώ.
