Στάδιο T2c με θετικά χειρουργικά όρια. Προεγχειρητικό PSA 6,38. Μετά από 25 μήνες από το χειρουργείο το PSA έφτασε 0,12. Είναι βιοχημική υποτροπή?

Πρέπει να γνωρίζουμε ,το Gleason score ,αλλά και ποσο PSA μετά την επέμβαση !Ετσι βγαίνει ένα συμπέρασμα εάν ο όγκος ήταν εξ αρχής δυνητικά επιθετικός και έχριζε επικουρικής θεραπείας Εάν όμως μηδενίστηκε (σχεδόν) μετά την επέμβαση και διπλασιάσθηκε το τελευταίο 6μηνο τοτε είμαστε Allert για συμπληρωματική θεραπεια
