Αυξημένα SGOT SGPT στην 23η εβδομάδα κύησης, τι να κάνω;
Από την 23η εβδομάδα της κύησης μου έχω αυξημένα ηπατικά μόνο τα SGOT SGPT. Όλες οι άλλες εξετάσεις φυσιολογικές. Χολικά άλατα αρνητικά. Εξετάσεις για αυτοάνοσα αρνητικά. Υπέρηχος άνω κοιλιάς φυσιολογικός. Έκοψα τις βιταμίνες αλλά οι τιμές παραμένουν 50 και 70. Δε ξέρω τι άλλο να κάνω.... Πραγματικά.. πριν μείνω έγκυος οι τιμές αυτές ήταν φυσιολογικές. Έχω 2 γυναικολόγους ο ένας λέει πάρε Ursofalk, ο άλλος όχι αφού τα χολικά δεν είναι ανεβασμένα. Πραγματικά θα ήθελα και μια 3η γνώμη. Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ

Καλησπέρα σας. Όταν οι τρανσαμινάσες είναι ήπια αυξημένες και όλα τα υπόλοιπα είναι φυσιολογικά, τότε δεν μιλάμε για χολόσταση, ούτε φαίνεται να υπάρχει σοβαρή ηπατική βλάβη. Αν οι τιμές παραμένουν σταθερές και δεν αυξάνονται, και αν δεν υπάρχουν συμπτώματα , τότε συνήθως δεν χρειάζεται θεραπεία, μόνο τακτική παρακολούθηση.
Το Ursofalk δίνεται μόνο όταν αυξάνονται τα χολικά άλατα ή υπάρχει έντονος κνησμός, επομένως η δεύτερη άποψη είναι πιο συντηρητική και επιστημονικά τεκμηριωμένη.
Προφανώς οι γιατροί που σας παρακολουθούν κ γνωρίζουν το πλήρες ιστορικό σας έχουν πιο ολοκληρωμένη άποψη.
