Καλησπέρα, είμαι 23 χρ και έκανα καλλιέργεια και βρέθηκε ουρεοπλασμα οποτε ξεκίνησα αντιβίωση. Στο τεστ παπ βρέθηκε ascus και ταυτοποιήθηκαν δυο στελέχη του hpv και το ένα από τα δυο είναι υψηλού κινδύνου. Έχω επηρεαστεί πολύ ψυχολογικά και θα ήθελα μια δεύτερη γνώμη για την σοβαρότητα της κατάστασης. Είναι πιθανό σε επόμενα τεστ παπ να μην ξαναβγεί ascus ή εξαρτάται από το τι θα δείξει η κολποσκοπηση ?

Καλησπέρα. Κατανοώ απόλυτα την ανησυχία σου. Προφανώς τα αποτελέσματα της κολποσκόπησης θα μας δείξουν αν ο ιός έχει κάνει κάποια βλάβη στον τράχηλο σου ή όχι. Χρήσιμο θα ήταν να γνωρίζει κ ποιοι τύποι του ιού έχουν απομονωθεί στο τεστ που έκανες. Δυστυχώς δεν γνωρίζω το πλήρες ιστορικό σου κ δεν μπορώ να σου δώσω μια σαφή απάντηση αλλά από την εμπειρία μου πολλά κορίτσια έχουν παρόμοια αποτελέσματα στο τεστ παπ χωρίς όμως να τους προκαλεί κάποιο πρόβλημα στην υγεία τους. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω και στο ελάχιστο.
