Γνώμη για τεστ Παπ με ASC-US σε 42χρονη και παρακολούθηση
Γειά σας μια γνώμη θα ήθελα σε αποτέλεσμα τεστ Παπ. Στο έξω τραχηλικό επίχρισμα: Παρατηρήθηκαν σπανιότατα πλακώδη κύτταρα με ατυπία ακαθόριστου τύπου (ASC-US). Ατυπία πλακωδών κυττάρων ακαθόριστου τύπου (ASC-US). Συνιστάται παρακολούθηση. Είμαι 42 χρόνων. Σας ευχαριστώ 🙂

Το ASCUS δείχνει ότι εντοπίστηκαν κάποια άτυπα κύτταρα, αλλά δεν είναι ξεκάθαρο αν σχετίζονται με τον HPV ή με κάτι άλλο, όπως μια απλή φλεγμονή. Για να δούμε αν υπάρχει HPV, το πιο χρήσιμο επόμενο βήμα είναι ένα HPV DNA test. Αν αυτό είναι θετικό ή αν υπάρχουν και άλλοι παράγοντες κινδύνου, μπορεί να χρειαστεί και κολποσκόπηση.
Γενικά, δεν πρόκειται για κάτι ανησυχητικό. Είναι κομμάτι της πρόληψης, αλλά χρειάζεται σωστή παρακολούθηση με βάση το ιστορικό της κάθε γυναίκας. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω κ στο ελάχιστο.
