Πρέπει να ανησυχήσω αν η κορτιζόνη δεν βοηθάει σε ρήξη έξω μηνίσκου;
Καλησπέρα σας,έχω ρήξη έξω μηνισκου αφού έκανα στο νοσοκομείο μια ένεση δεν είδα διαφορα ,ο ρευματολόγος μου έγραψε κορτιζόνη σε χάπια που θα παίρνω ένα μήνα ,παίρνω ήδη 10 μέρες δεν έχω δει διαφορα ακομα,πρέπει να ανησυχήσω???

Κακώς πήγατε σε ρευματολόγο για ένα καθαρά ορθοπαιδικό θέμα. Η κορτιζόνη δόθηκε για αντιφλεγμονώδη / παυσίπονη δράση. Σαφώς και δεν επουλώνεται ο μηνίσκος. Κάθε ρήξη μηνίσκου καταλήγει σε αρθρίτιδα δυστυχώς, αργά η γρήγορα. Αν πονάει πολύ ή μπλοκάρει το γόνατο χρειάζεται χειρουργείο αφαίρεσης του σπασμένου κομματιού. Πολύ σπάνια είναι δυνατή η συρραφή του μηνίσκου.

Η κορτιζόνη αντενδείκνυται σε ρήξεις μηνίσκου.
